I found a solution, it's stupid, but I just took the files that somehow disappeared. I just took them from the original game.it helped me

There's the spying on dad scene at (4,4) but that doesn't include Rachel

I might at some point but wouldn't want to do it without sign off from BeggarOfNet as it involves a lot of digging through the game which might expose stuff they don't want to release yet.

In game no you can't, most scenes including the hospital one and one and done. In the mod the hospital job scene is included, column 1 row 8.
