Definitely no grinding here.
Ofc basically it is another "MC fucks them all" kind of game. But the developer notes state clearly that there is more story than lewds. And it ist really good story telling. The characters feel very real and so the whole story feels believable. Not the usual lewd brother who jumps on every girl. Because of the good story all sexual encounters feel totally normal and natural.
The only sad thing is, by playing the main game I know there will be no sex between mc and his sister in the prequel.

i am replaying main game. i really hope this doesnt get abandoned like so many other promising games. I am a sucker for deep storys in games. TBH, that was what got me into AVNs to begin with... the H scenes were nice. One of the first games i played was Now And Then. If it wasnt for that story, i prob would have abandoned the genre. The H scenes were hot, but damn what a storyline. Deep, major char building, etc. I quickily get bored of just H scene heavy games without much of a story. mnm and mnf definately scratch both itches.

I always feel like lewds are meaningless unless there's a good story and buildup to it. I've tried playing over a dozen fap fest games and just got so bored of most of them so quickly.

After I finished this 2 chapter, I decided to play the main game, even usually I don‘t like to play unfinished games. But … I looooove it. But I never have so many tears in my eyes, sooo heartbreaking. Well done Killer7!!!

And I think she is wearing a pretty cute outfit as well. I feel like we haven't seen enough of Rei yet and she is probably one of my favorite characters I made. Her and the gingers strike a weak spot for me and seeing her midriff like that just makes me appreciate her even more.

Hello there you wonderful , sexy and very wholesome people!

Another week, another progress update!

I don't have much to share sadly, since I got hit with the man flu last week and I've been basically being a little baby in bed ( if you are a man you know how it feels when you get the cold ). I was still writing some more for My New Family 2 and also for Chapter 4 of the main game, while working on some bugfixes for the prequel as well. I decided to make a render with Bethany today, the "old" Bethany from the main game, where she is at a nice looking pool with the MC. This might be something you see in a later chapter of My New Memories, where the MC and his family will go on a vacation!

I have been thinking a lot about the main game lately and while the next release will be My New Family 2, I still hope that sometime in early 2026, you guys also get to play Chapter 4 of My New Memories. Like I said a few times by now, the script is at like 70% completion already and all that will be left are the renders - Which will take time, but not as much as one might think ( especially since I will most likely upgrade to a second pc again soon ). It all depends on how things go in the following weeks where my lawyer prepared another, more serious proposal for the state attorney where a judge might get involved to look over my stuff. It all depends on how they view it in the end, but since My New Memories , My New Memories: The Beginning and My New Family are available on sites that have pretty strict rules regarding certain content, I'm confident they will come to the same conclusion. I mean, not everyone has to like what I do, but nothing is illegal in what I'm doing.

And I think thats it for now, people. Sorry for the super short progress update, I'm slowly recovering from the man flu ( I know I know, it's just a cold ), the symptoms started last wednesday so I think I'll be fully recovered on.. Wednesday, I hope. If anything new comes up I'll let you guys know. Until then, stay awesome!

Another week, another progress update!

No progress update render today since I forgot to prepare one - I'm a stupid pelican after all. The good news is that I finally fully recovered from my man flu on thursday already and I have been able to work on a lot more since then. The progress update today will still be shorter, though, since I can't share most of it without spoiling some major things!

But there will be another update post coming this week where I will talk about the future of My New Memories. Don't worry, the game is not cancelled or anything, but I think I reached a point where I will make a decision that will most of you people happy - And me as well in the end, at least I hope so. It will be a longer post where I will explain why things were as they still are and what made me change how I think.

I've been steadily working on the first playable version of My New Family 2 and I'm thinking of doing the same line of work that I did for the My New Memories prequel. I will work on a playable demo that I will release for everyone ( supporters get access a little earlier ) where you can see what the game would look like in the engine I might end up using ( honey select 1 or 2 ). I will not disclose what I will end up using for this demo so you guys won't be able to be bias towards it. I know, that sounds kinda mean, but the good thing with doing it like that is if you guys blast me with "We hate these models" I can change it without losing too much time. Makes sense, right? And like I said a few times by now, I'm fine with using both.

And I feel like thats it for now, people. Christmas is just around the corner and of course I will post a Christmas themed render again once the day arrives! If I hear anything new regarding my case I'll let you guys know. Stay tuned regarding the update post I will make later this week ( most likely after Christmas ). Until then, stay awesome!

I am curious why devs create multiple games in parallel. There is already a huge gap between releases, so why dont finish one and then start the other?

What Ermi33 said, but also on a more general note, devs will often work on multiple projects to avoid writer's block and/or burnout There are some devs like Talothral for instance who just laser-focus on one project at a time and finish up before moving to the next, but for some people you end up with burnout or delays which increase time between releases even further, I'd rather have 2 updates to 2 games a year than 1 update to 1 game a year.

That said, yeah, legal issues here due to the authorities not getting off their butts and letting K7 have his livelihood back. (seriously, it's been over 2y now I think, open the damn files and see what's in them, it'll take you an afternoon at worst)
