Yeah, true, going a bit offtopic when people just want to talk about the AVN itself and not get a history or criminal law lesson or debate the pros and cons of pedophilia (ok at least it didn't go that far off the rails) so I'll shut up now that my daily AVN update downloads are done.

Funny thing is: there is actually at least one game with that I have seen. It had all the human women as real porn (all legal age of course) videos and then a bunch of 2D and 3D animated monster girls, many of which were loli.
Loli is about body type and not age anyway, that's why you have all those monster girls (demons, angels, cat-girls and the like) that are hundreds and thousands of years old and are tagged loli. And then you can have a game (or a mod gets put out) that lets you set a girl's age and she looks like she is in her late teens or early twenties, but some players set the age to 13 or whatever and she isn't a loli at all... maybe not even petite.
Loli is about the appearance of underdevelopment and/or having a petite body type, not being underage. some people like milfs with tig'ol bitties, some people like barely legal teens with itty-bitty titties, and everything in between. And there are plenty of games out there that cater to all types.
So, lets not kink shame each other.

This is one thing you'll never get people to agree on or to ever live and let live.
There are a lot of people around that view those that like loli stuff as legit disgusting people and are more than happy to use actual violence against them.
Seen it, read cases about it.
To some, cartoon loli is on par with actual child pornography with the explanation that the source doesn't matter but the intent. Regardless you are watching something that looks like the depiction of a child having sex and finding that sexually arousing.
There are some that would class those people as pedo's.
It's all well and good trying to keep the peace but this is one kink where people genuinely hate those that are into it.
I mean it sincerely when I say there are some things you are better off keeping to yourself because the reaction to people that like certain things can get extreme and like I said, you will never keep the peace on subjects like this.
What you have to remember is there are a lot of parents on sites like this and they are reading about people that like to see character that look the age of their sons and daughters having sex.That tends to bring out the papa and mama bears. Then there are those that just find it outright disgusting.
By all means like the things you like but certain things are best kept to yourself or be prepared for a shitstorm of hate is all i'm saying.
I'm fairly certain I do by 2022 standards. Oh well, I go my own pace, do my own thing, and beat to my own drum while minding my own business. I don't pay much attention to what the rest of the world does or what it considers normal, taboo, legal or none of the above (which changes over time anyway).

I don't know what you mean by that. You mean that the update is taking too long? That's fair, it is taking longer than usual. The latest My New Family update dropped in late february and since then I have been working on My New Memories. So in 4 Months I was "only" able to write ~28k words and have around ~400 Renders. I'm not saying this sarcastically, I usually am able to achieve more. ( But the update is not done yet so those numbers will get bigger by a lot ).
But as I was explaining in my progress updates, I'm dealing with some health issues these last few months. They started as mental health issues with things that were out of my control but hitting me pretty hard. They didn't impact my work as much, but my physical health issues did. I'm not going to explain what happened, if you really want to know you can check my progress updates.
I just want to make it clear that I'm not sitting back and laugh because people throw money at me. I always have been and always will be grateful if people decide to support me financially. They are the reason I was able to do this work as my sole income for the past years. It's fine if you don't like me or the fact that people want to support my work, but that is no reason to attack me ( or my game ) in any way.
It's kinda telling that this is the first I've ever seen of that person in either of your game's threads. Go shit on one of the devs that's actually milking (that I won't name here for fear of provoking more off-topic) not the guy who managed to maintain a 6-7 week/chapter cadence for like 8 updates whilst simultaneously working on two games. K7 can do no wrong in my eyes at least.
If they even tried to gague the feelings of the regulars on this thread then they'd probably realise that unjustly going against K7 is damn-near a capital offence around here.
Basically, trolls gonna troll, the ignore button exists for a reason.
(Also, take as much time as you need K7, it's worth the wait)

The only problem I have is with the time between updates, I forget a lot of what happened before.
And since your updates are "unfortunately" huge, it takes forever to get to the new content when I start again.
Luckily I like My New Memories so much that I don't give a fuck.

how much content is there currently in this game? it looks promising but I'm wondering whether to hold off playing or if I should give it a go.
There's a few hours already, a few lewd scenes (some in memory only, others in the present time) and a lot of story. If you haven't already, play My New Family (K7's first game) it's significanly further ahead development-wise and exemplifies his style quite well, so it's good to see if you want to continue playing his games.
to be honest i wouldnt mind K7 just doing the story and have someone do the "renders" as stick figures with paint and i would probably still be happy as fuck, because id atleast still have a story to go forward with

Another week, another progress update!

First, I want to thank you guys for the nice feedback regarding Sandra. I know the difference in looks is pretty noticeable, since Honey Select 2 will be a very different artstyle compared to Honey Select 1. The picture I showed from her was from the character editor, so it's missing the proper lighting etc. I will probably tweak her around a bit more but overall, I'm pretty happy with how she turned out. I'm currently working on Lucy and hopefully will have something to show soon.
Now, My New Memories. As I'm writing this post the last renders are being made. My proofreader also finished correcting the script, so the beta will be ready very very soon. It will 100% be before the 1st, so if you are supporting right now for the correct tier ( Sabrina or higher ) you will be able to play this beta. And if you plan on support so you can play it, wait till the 1st ( like I explained above ). Like I said last week, I will end the day with some nice moments with Bethany. At the end of this evening you can decide if you want to go a little further than usual with her...It won't be too much, but it will be a first introduction to making her more than what she is right now. This will be very interesting if you also decided to go for Sabrina, since you will learn a bit more about Bethany and her view on certain things. Let's just say that you might be surprised to hear her stance on this in general...So the day ends with something nice that opens the way for more nice things. I also included a very emotional scene with Anna again, where the MC will remember something that will make him feel even better again. I plan to do these kind of flashbacks on the third day as well. TOdays render is from the evening with Bethany, where you drink wine with her outside on the terrace ( the MC has a heater outside, so don't worry about the cold. Though, Bethany is rocking some pokies, I guess ). I can't wait to hear your feedback on this day, especially regarding the talk with Jessica.

Is there a written walkthrough for this game?
I prefer playing in game without a walkthrough but also would like to check the consequences of what I may miss or get if I pick a different decision as I go along. (eg if I now say that sabrina can visit me in the hotel does that mean I'll miss an interaction with lisa or someone else that I'd get if I chose to be alone?)

It's a K7 game, you aren't going to ever have to choose between scenes with 2 LIs like that. There's no complex narrative branching, choices are either just an opt in or out for every scene, or an opt in or out for each relationship. Choosing to not hang out with Sabrina just means you'll miss the scene with her, you won't get another scene out of it.
The only thing you'll see differently from making different choices is less scenes. If you want to see all the scenes with all the LIs then just pick the top choice every time an option pops up.
Only exception to that is Morgan trans on or off, you'll get different scenes from that choice but that's kinda obvious.
