Let's go super random and one morning MC wakes up to Yukiko goth style with a shaved side hahaI might try a different hairstyle with her, just to get a feeling for it.

I like it better. Still a little childish. A single ponytail looks more mature. To me more than one is childish, but you do you.

Also, ppl really need to stop obsessing over the age nonsense. I can very easily find dozens of RL adult pornstars that look like they're very much underage (even though they're perfectly legal) within a minute or two of searching as I occasionally stumble onto them whenever I search for step family roleplay stuff. And cartoon pixels "looking too young" is a bit ridiculous since the lack of complexion and imperfections, I imagine really makes it near impossible to appear the exact age you aim for without having to resort to height increase which sucks cuz there's a lot of short women out there in RL and I'm kind of a fan of shorter women (and it's always nice to have variety in heights as women do come in all shapes and sizes and making a game where you have to have all young women a specific height or they're seen as underage, to me just seems ridiculous). The only other apparent alternative is to make them really ugly or fat (or mutated) which somehow means they're older, because... reasons. In all cases, it's stupid and ppl need to just get over it. It's not like any of the women are forced onto you. If you can't get passed the age / appearance issue, just deny them and the game will continue to treat them as you would want them to be treated.

Another week, another progress update!
Little update on my personal ( physical ) health: My doc thinks the coughing could come from the blood pressure meds I'm taking, we now changed them to a different kind. Apparently this stuff can happen even if you take them for years. Here is hoping that it will go away now ( he said it might take a week or two ). My blood test results regarding my sugar were very good ( my hba1c is at 5.2, for people that know this stuff ). Only issue is that my CK is apparently too high, but my doc is not too worried yet and will check again in January 2023. Just thought I'd let you guys know since I mentioned it last week. For now I just have to keep on doing my 30 minutes of cardio every day and lose more weight to hopefully be fully better soon.
Okay, now let's talk about the games. The second day of My New Family Chapter 18 is done and patrons already played it. This day was more of a "regular" one, since it will "wrap up" the time at the vacation house. Like I said, the household will return to their original place ( the vacation house is still an option for everyone, of course ) to prepare for the wedding and other things. My plans for the third day involve a lot of the side girls. For example, the weebs will be visiting the households house for the first time - That is going to be interesting. They will also meet Sandra and Alice ( if you decided to include Alice in the Harem ) and I plan to make it a very wholesome and cute event. Of course it will probably get lewd as well, since you already started something with Rosa...Not going to spoil more, though. I plan to do these little interactions on a larger scale, where the household members ( at least the gingers ) get to meet some of the side girls. Only one will be excluded, of course, but for the rest...Let's see how it plays out. Just so that the sidegirls get the love they deserve. I know it's usually all about the gingers or Becca/Mary/Fiona/Elaine etc, but the "side girls" ( it's a weird name, I know, but I call every girl that is not a household member a sidegirl ) also have a lot of fans. And I personally enjoy the time with them as well. So I will do my best to give them the content they deserve. No ETA on beta 3 yet, but this month is my hope!
Now, some more about My New Memories. Before you yell at me, keep in mind that those hairstyles are not permanent and that they will RARELY be like that - for example, after an shower or before bed you might see them. As you can see in this post, I decided to change Yukikos hair a little again. I think this one fits her really well, showing off her quirky personality. I also found one that I personally think fits Sophie pretty well, if she decides to not wear her hair in the usual ponytail. Like I said above, it's only for certain situations, let's say, before she goes to bed. The last one is Lena with a ponytail. This one took me quite a while, but I think the result is decent. Lena could use this hairstyle before she takes a shower, for example, or before she does her gym workout. Don't hesitate to share your feedback, even if you don't like it, I'm always open for feedback regarding this. Just, you know, keep in mind that those hairstyles are not PERMANENT and that the hairstyles they have right now will be in 95% of the renders.

I actually kinda like the idea of a dev sometimes having different hairstyles for characters. It obviously doesn't have to be drastically different (or maybe shouldn't be?). Something as simple as Sophie letting her hair down every now and then. Especially if Killer7 does some shower/swimming pool scenes. Some hairstyles can look weird in those situations.
And it can be limited to one scene, with it being back to the original in the next. Doesn't have to be permanent, because obviously people will be partial to certain looks.

Yeah, that is what I'm going for. Personally, not a single hairstyle can be better than the ones I'm currently using for the girls - I think they all fit so well and match the character. But I also think that a girl that is always wearing a ponytail can end up...Maybe not boring. But sometimes it could feel out of place. Like you said, when she is swimming or taking a shower. This will be a thing for a few renders, nothing more. You won't see them running around with it all the time .
.Just as long as they don't start constantly wearing the same outfit like some kinda pelican.

You could say it's asked almost as often as there are days. The answer is, Killer7 tries to get out updates every 3 months or so, but he's updating two games and alternates between them, so each individual game updates about twice a year. He does put out weekly summaries, usually with a teaser pic from one of the games (mostly MnM lately), which get posted in both games' f95Zone forums.

Last I checked, it was about 2 games updated within around 8 or 9 months (usually it's less time than that but his health has been kind of an issue lately
). Given the quality and quantity of content we get with each update on both games though, I'd say that's impressive and puts so many other devs to shame.What chairs and desks? I don't see any.

Working on the MNF update took me quite a bit longer this time though, so it's hard to give a real estimate. It was 9 months if you include the 3 months I worked on MNF .

It is weirdly peaced though, at times there are several sex scenes in a short spawn of time followed by a complete dry spell
The sad and/or emotional japanese VN's know how to peace their stories better, using sex scenes to complement the story, not just flipflopping between emotional and horny on main
