It has a title but isn't out yet. My New Memories: The Beginning is the title but again its not out for non supporters yet.

Maybe it will be "My Old Memories".
You know, if it is tied into the current VN, it could be presented as a side story of shorter duration (like Single Again is doing with three shorter VNs about the three main girls), allowing Killer to keep doing work on the "prequel", but not taking things too far off track from a time perspective - maybe keep it a AVSS (Adult Visual Short Story (copyright pending)) - and then be able to dive back into this full-force when he has his tech and assets back.
I can't remember the discussion of what the intent was around it (beyond keeping busy, keeping current, and giving his audience and supporters a good product while this VN has to be delayed), but I think most of his fans would like it.

I knew it was that far back - couldn't remember Anna's involvement as I wrote. I remember suggesting that the final scene of that one being something along the lines of Anna walking into a room, MC turning to her and them reconnecting.
The premise would still work - this would be the memories that don't get brought up in MNM. Those memories come back into the VN organically as things happen and closed windows and doors in the mind reopen. Maybe the slug of older memories return by some other trigger. Alzheimer's patients seem to remember the oldest memories the longest, so maybe we have something like that, where once the oldest part of the memory vault gets opened, they all flood out at once, with the newer stuff flowing back a little more slowly.

There probably won't be any scene with Anna's face, at least not in this version. It's basically a stop-gap while waiting to get his MNM assets back. That said, scenes used here could definitely be flashbacks in MNM proper when it returns ...

We'd just see the back of her head or something - easy to model a 20-something hairstyle on a generic model of the same size. Well, probably easier than doing a full face when you don't have the asset, at least.
I think I actually put that in my suggestion post many moons ago.

Ha. I do remember that now. Pretty sure it was something like walking through a campus quad and suddenly stopping and turning on instinct and seeing her turning towards you at the same moment and just calmly walking towards each other until face to face then kiss (if I remember correctly) with Sabrina crying behind you (I feel like Lena was either there too for some reason or had a similar moment when MC stopped by their house).The final scene could be MC opening a door or walking into the place (I can't remember the story right now....) where he found her again and just saying "Anna?" to a figure with her back turned, in shadow, or something like that.
You could get slightly cheesy and paraphrase Paul Harvey by having the last screen say "Go to My New Memories for.....the rest of the story...."

Another week, another progress update!
The case where I was a witness two weeks ago continues tomorrow with more witness hearings, but I'm not going to be there anymore. My lawyer will, though, and he will update me on everything that's being said there. Nothing else going on in that regard so that's all I can share for now. Tomorrow ( 23rd ) and Thursday ( 25th ) are the last hearings for this month, then it will be decided if they actually gonna go through till the end of may or if this will be enough. Since the main culprit is still not back in Germany, more hearings shouldn't really be needed, I think. Once he is back in Germany though it will all start again. Hopefully I will also get some news regarding the case against me this week, though.
Okay, let's talk about the games
The script for the second beta/day of the prequel is about 70% done. I decided to try something else again to further deepen the relationship the MC has with certain girls. If you remember, when I announced the prequel girls I mentioned that not all of them will appear in the main game. Well, I changed my mind. The initial plan was just for Rei, Lea and Katharina to appear but now Jackie will 100% be part of the main game as well at some point. The reason is that initially, I just wanted her to be a "good friend" of the MC. During writing for the prequel it quickly turned out that making her his best friend is actually better and once you see the dialogues between them, you will understand why. She has a very good sense for people and their emotions and helps the MC through a confusing phase with Rei. The second day will also have some lewd action with a girl that people that played the beta probably didn't expect to get a treatment like that yet. It's going to be more of a funny and cute lewd event because both the MC and the girl are still very inexperienced. It's something new to write for me as well because even the MNF MC had some experience with women while the MNM MC in the prequel basically knows nothing. I guess he could use a teacher, some kind of red haired cougar...Maybe she helped him become the good lover he is in the main game? You'll see once you play it. The second day/beta also features some more stuff with Amelie but I'm still trying to figure out how to make her become a good friend of the MC. I have something in mind that happened in a book I read a lot of times before. Maybe they're going to share an experience that doesn't need much explaining - It will just lead to them becoming true friends. TOdays render is Sabrina in the lounge of the uni, where she has lunch with the MC, a good time to talk about a lot of things.
Now that I decided to include all the girls from the prequel in the main game as well, I was thinking about a way to introduce them. It's going to be very very easy with one of the girls, but some of the others might need some more time before they can appear. Now that the MC has all his memories back I can actually do some more "flashbacks" where I might end up using renders from the prequel to show what happened there. I know that not everyone is a fan of these, though, so I will make sure to use it rarely and only when the time fits. Like I said a few times, I want people that never played or intend to play the prequel still know who these girls are - and the other way around, too! Still, I wrote quite a bit for Chapter 4 again as well and if it continues like that, the full script will be ready sooner than I thought. Which will make the waiting for my assets even more painful, I think, but fingers crossed it won't be that long anymore.
