Because they're using AI for more than just the art. The whole pitch and probably some of the game coding is done by AI too. That's why they're all nearly identical.

Honestly I would add the netorare tag anyways. when people search they use the tag for both as the site owner doesn't appear to know the difference to know to put a separate tag in and, frankly, neither do a lot of users. There is also a separate cheating tag to help illustrate my point.
