That's total rubbish. That is not what NTR means. NTR just means a situation where the love interest (of any kind) of someone is "stolen" by someone else. How the person being "cheated on" feels about the situation has nothing to do with it. Hell the person doesn't even need to know they're being cheated on to be NTR.
