Probably stupid question but,why there's no audio,I've seen few games like this aswell,I don't see the point having a video with no audio...

They're short, looping gifs sprinkled among the walls of text. What audio do you want? Do you want to stop reading mid paragraph and watch a 15 minute porn video before continuing?
If we can only start the game with lv.1 (and not 0), why is the handbook mentioning lv. 0? Either the handbook needs rewriting, or the game should start from lv. 0.

There's a cheat option to start with max stats, money, and items. Also there's no gallery. So I don't see much point to a full save of this game.

I'm not even sure if the dev knows. Depending on the scene the MILF in this game can veer from being a mentally handicapped person to a woman consensually partaking in a secret affair to just being a figment of the MC's imagination. It's all very disjointed and comes across like the MC is losing his mind.
