I think it's a mistake to let common sense get in the way of a good porn plot. That said, you were on to something with the plot of this game. Convincing her that sexual acts don't count as sex or cheating because it's just practice is top tier and not too unrealistic for those who care about that.

Go to the mc's bedroom and there should be an "Ending" button. if not, just enable the cheats, and the ending button should be there.

None of the cumming in clothes stuff, but I had plans about making cum drip out of her all over the house if you had creampied her earlier in the day, but I cancelled it. The scene in the og MOM where you take bath with the landlady, and sneakily fuck her is the best scene in that entire game, imo. That scene was what drove me to make this game, and that was the first scene I tried to make, but... I found out quickly how impossible the leg positions would need to be to make that scene happen, hence I aborted. No other plans for now though.
