Or do what some games do, let you change the name relation yourself.
Heck, the incest can be built-in and triggered by you inputting "mom", "sister" and whatnot, but with a legal warning that the dev don't condone it and it's totally the player's own decision to make their relationship that way.

Besides, who the fuck is he fooling? The intro literally has the MC explicitly adopted into the family to begin with.
