It's been explained plenty of times earlier in this forum, as are the files you need for it and where they get put.
Edit: I'll even be helpful at say it starts at least at the end of page 13 and another a couple pages or so ago or so for the tiger scenes.

Add the "DILF" tag so that folks can blacklist to avoid BARA content?
I like femboys, primo homo, but bara-macho is just a huge turn-off for me.

Is it installed in the right spot that the posts say to put it? Are you far enough back to trigger the content? Iirc you need to be bankrupt once before cause you get a bailout or w/e before a second time triggers the ending unless things changed. Hard to solve your problem when all you say is it doesn't work.
