You can dig through the image files to see what is available, and so far its not much.

Mom has a fairly tame photoshoot scene (nothing new)
Alina has a handjob scene (new to .74)
Natasha has a dress up scene, a massage/grope scene, and licks a dildo (nothing new)
Sveta (aka Light, the neighbor girl) has the most new scenes, as you can now visit her at home. She has a cunnilingus scene and a handjob scene.

And that's pretty much it. The new stuff amounts to about 20 minutes more material from a "completed" .61 game.
