Post above pretty much is walkthrough of the game, if any can't find it by searching "Walkthrough" here.for the first timers, here's some tips for the gameplay (unless you get the 100% save file in previous comment)
1) You can hire only 1 archer to easily defend the first wave of pirate attack, just click spam the archer while she is in attack range, doing so can make her attack every time you click, just like a machine gun.
2) Goblin and priest are in different route, you can only hire either of them per run, so make a save file when the goblin girl requests to join the gang, that is, to unlock the gallery of them both.
3) Same as NO.2, the 5 new characters can only be hired without the knight, magician and the bunny girl in the group, so make the save files.
4) The parameters can be increased by doing so:
-Moral (Release the prisoners in jail, no taxing) , to decrease moral, execute, rape, torture
-Heresy (Sacrifice the prisoners in jail)
-Lust (Do your cough cough thing, pretty easy)
5) By managing the parameters mentioned above, you can unlock various galleries.
-Knight extra scene, visit her when lust heresy more than 50%, moral -50
-Priest extra scene, visit her when lust heresy more than 50%, moral -50
-Succubus ending, finish the game with positive moral (more than 0) and lust heresy more than 50%
That's pretty much I can sum up for the current version. Hope this helps. And about the pregnant tag, it's just an normal ending without scene or CG by completing the run.
Just add as a correction, #3, only 3 of the other characters are restricted, You can't get the Adventurer, Oracle and Assassin if you hired the Knight, Magician and Bunny Girl respectively... The other two, Ivy and Nightmare Lord requires you to have atleast 20+ Heresy on August 8, which you can summon one of them.
Adventurer will be recruitable from May 8 if you didn't hire the Knight, Oracle on July 8 if you didn't hire the Mage, and Assassin on September 8, if you didn't hire the Bunny Girl.
#4 Moral: If you "Invest" on one of the random appearing request in town hall and it fails, Forgiving also gives Moral.
Releasing Murderers Decreases Moral.
Heresy: Releasing those charged with Heresy also increases Heresy.
#5: If his explanation wasn't clear, it's this:
- Knight 5 : have Lust and Heresy more than 50%, Moral -50, Talk with Knight (Removes them)
- Priest 5 : have Lust and Heresy more than 50%, Moral -50, Talk with Priest (Removes them)
- Succubus Ending: Finish the Game with Moral > 0, Lust and Heresy more than 50%
Pirate Scene: Defeat the first wave of Pirates (with the Female Pirate Captain) to Capture her, Insult then Execute.
Other Pirate Scenes:
Knight 6 / Ending 1 - Surrender / Get Defeated by Pirates on October 1 with Knight hired (and existing a.k.a. Not Sacrificed for Knight 5 yet).
Mage 5 - Surrender / Get Defeated by Pirates on February 1 with Mage hired.
Village Girl 2 - Surrender / Defeated by Pirate. (Will also get this if Knight and Mage isn't recruited or isn't existing for their respective Pirate Scenes)
Other Endings:
Ending 3: Revolution Ending - Just Collect tax 4 times in a week to get this (You will also eventually get this if you keep on taxing twice every week)
Ending 4: Grab Theresia Boobs in the Opening Choices. (G you won't believe it that I got this last coz I somehow ignored that for 3 or 4 runs lol).
P.S. And yeah, as I posted before, Pregnancy in the game is just a text in the game over screen saying something along the line of "You got Knight pregnant" which is attained if you talked to them 5 times (which will turn their Blue Bar and Heart to Pink, Theresia is "impregnated" by Default)

Never really tried keeping prisoners but I believe there is none and they will decrease in HP every week.
There already is a hentai fps game out. It's called Seed of the Dead on DLSite.

You technically can it just requires using cheat engine the address for prisoner 1-6 stays the same regardless whos inside so you can just lock the value and they will stay alive as long as you use insult/torture or ignore them but there's no real point

This game must be done the same company that I have play their game
simple art style and simple mangment
usually they don't put a ending to their game and like very little content to the game
this one is more good improvement but the same artist art style is still there
They look like they have talent but they not doing it
I wish developer finally interest in making game with great content stuff like details work
like
partner/rape vitcm react to your sex whether talk or angry/happy protraits/reaction etc.,
controllable sex position simliar to game like Artificial Academy 2 which the only game come to my mind at the moment
,pregnant and having child actually work and growth and u play as them next or u are immortal or whatever to see them growth and you actually teach them and feel that you actually part of their life like a real father
stuff like this would be more than porn game but it would be full of content

Thanks a lot, I missed the Heresy and kept wasting time on Pirate. Thought that only could increase Heresy by talking with monster, but can't recruit Nun together with Goblin, then I was tricked there
There are actually a few hentai fps. One popular one is H Doom a hentai Doom parody which was great.

How do you play this? I try to run My Island.exe but it just opens a black window that closes after a couple of seconds.
I've windows 10 so installing Direct X9 is not an option here.
