As for the 'art style inconsistency'... well, I honestly don't know what to say. You're the first person to mention this, while dozens of others have praised the art style
AI has its clear flaws, and one of them is inconsistency. With all due respect, maybe you're expecting too much from the current technology. I could also spend five times more time on each image trying to fix inconsistencies, but I don't think that would be a good idea...
Just as an example, I want to show some of the inevitable inconsistencies in AI art from two GREAT games where I know the developers invest hours into creating high-quality images (I love those games BTW [and I know you do too!]). And no, these aren't even the worst inconsistencies in those games, but I won’t go around exposing those kinds of flaws
I could also mention a HUGE (like, huge huge) 2D hand-drawn game that has 'inconsistencies' in its character designs, but I won't do it because I'd be starting a war

I can't speak for this game but I disagree in saying you are forcing your significant other and there can't be love. Yeah might be the case of some games out there. But if the games focus on the relationship aspect more ( which imo are the good ones) there 100% can be love , while exploring such a fantasy. Especially when there is alot of trust and communication between the 2 and they do it together as a team and because they want to. Not because the wife is trying to please her man.
It's only cheating if there is secrets or they don't communicate with each other while exploring this fetish. To me just sounds like NTS just not for you , I don't think NTS / sharing means you are weak all the time it depends on the context and the MC. I've seen some MC's that are not weak at all in these type of games.
You've misunderstood. I mean it's unrealistic to the point it becomes immersion breaking. Of course an author can write whatever the hell, and justify it in a myriad ways, but it always feels so unreal, like listening to a friend lying through his teeth

Buddy, I don't understand why I should write this in the comments. I like NETORASE and it's the loving relationship between partners that makes this genre so sweet. You're one of those people who likes NTR, I absolutely don't like it. They are just different types of fetish and they are opposite.

Chapter 1 ends with a cliffhanger on the MC talking about his fetish, chapter 2 cops out and talks about feet. As if the other AI NTS games weren't slowburn enough.
I saw those inconsistency too, but it wasn't something I would point out to any of the developers using AI, why well myself I also made mods for other games with real life looking AI and even there it sometimes impossible not to have some inconsistency if use more then one different picture for the same avatar, the only way to avoid that is by drawing them yourself like a cartoon, but then you have even more work and can't deliver content fast enough, so yes AI is often a better solution and just have to fix things like 6 finger hands and such. I'm glad you like his work and not a hater, I saw that too that the face was more serious and then more femine the next, but like i said it didn't bother me, so long the clothing is the same, the hairstyle is the same, the eye colors are the same and there no mistakes like 6 fingers and out of range long arms and such. Probably could be fixed but takes more work. Large gaming companies wouldn't have those problems basicly because many people work on graphics and it split the work over them. But small companies or one man developer doesn't have that kind resource.

I hope this changes. Idk why we can't have a nice introduction and then get straight to action, that reminds me of a game that I already forgot the name. It had a hotwife with tan lines and we got month after month, even years just for some handjob and blowjob scenes, tons of new characters coming, and in the end ''abandoned'' tag. This game has so much potential for hot scenes, involving the GF, the mom and many others characters. Scenes involving Swinging, voyeurism, threesomes, phone content. In my opinion, slowburn followed by constant teasing will only get in the way and delay the appearance of these scenes. But of course, loved this game, the premise, story and the characters, hope the Dev can have a nice progress on it.
There are games out there that suite more your interests, i'm sure, those japanese ntr/nts stories would please you more then, where it non stop NTR/NTS from start to end. I personaly preffer build up and have somewhat a story behind it, if i wanted a quick release i would just watch some porn or have fun with my boy. DTZ Games, delivers a good vn and I'll support him in it.
