And now that he’s allowing himself to explore these newfound feelings, how will his relationship with Ana evolve? Who will they become?

The game focuses on the main character's desires to show off and share his girlfriend, with a strong emphasis on the main character's perspective.

While your choices won’t alter the overall storyline, they will influence a few scenes and dialogues you get to experience.

how do u even start the game theres no new game or something on the screen.. just history, save, load, settings, about, main menu.. but its unclickable the main menu only other buttons?

At least the DEV is honest you will have choices but they will not impact the overall story. Most games like this won't tell you that they just make you think your choice matters.
