I didn't play the 1.05 version but prior to that for what i remenbered, NTR was avoidable (or maybe you only talk about the tag
)You mainly play the girl but if you do the NTR part you get to play her boyfriend and it's up to you how much he gonna discover about it.
Also they are many cutscene where you follow the boyfriend, the main girl is not the only one who hide stuff. (it's probably the classic japanese case where the two main protag aren't honest even if they came with good intention, and it cause too much problem )

not really NTR because she's not stolen by other men, she offers herself to other men so cheating is more fitting.
So do you control both the Kuck and the girl? And are there multiple endings, or is this just a general corruption game where she gets with lots of men and her overall stats/corruption are more important than the man/men she is with?

Played this in Japanese- it's really good. Even for people who want male pov NTR- i'd still try it.
It iS NTR- and it deserves the tag. This is not a corruption game really. The heroine is a psychopath- going beyond yandere. She uses her body to get what she wants(ultimately finding out more of the guy she likes- who is trying to hurt him- exploit him etc-) and ultimately secure her relationship with him even if it means killing someone or planting evidence to have them arrested and ruining their lives. Though there are many routes so how successful she is at this is the game. It's an actual game- not some linear path.. plays like a detective game that requires you to learn of the upcoming problem- get the items and info on how to use them and make the right decisions at the time or suffer for further mental breaks as unwanted actions are done to you against will- these negative points add up and change the speed at which you gain or lose mental state in other actions- with the overflow going into a permanent stat at the end of day and if high enough will cause a game over. She constantly hates the acts she does and wears a mask in front of people she wants to manipulate. She is not corrupted- she is just extremely manipulative. Not an innocent kind girl.
But in her mind everything she's doing is for the MC- there's even a very overpriced penis enlargement pill that increases the size of the guys dick by 1 cm per use- it's expensive but she can also do sexual favors for the head of the hospital to get them for free(but only 1 at a time of course)- Almost all main netori guys of which there is a TON have a scene or more where you play as the man as the heroine is nearby doing sexual things-sometimes meeting her face to face during the act(like head through curtains and such thing).
It's a pretty unique game- there's not really anything to compare it to.

It's full game, but there will be a sequel, or DLCs, but atm 1.05 is just bugfixes comparing to 1.04.

Actually i was wrong, there is a new sex scene with fast food manager.
Cosplayer REM was previous game from this game dev.
It was really nice one too.
