Even if this game sucked.. which it doesn't imo.. but i would still love it since it's a crazy girl's mental story 
it's fun
and also, in a lot of games like this.. ntr or corruption, i might play the pure route too.. but i also enjoy making her fall for stuff..

You need to start the game again, it only works with mtool

I agree that it doesn't make sense so I just tried to unlock this ending on a fresh save and I couldn't do it. Will have to do some more testing because the ending itself exists (I even have it unlocked on the save I posted here before) but the conditions for it are incorrect. Thanks for making me recheck.
Edit: Man, just finished the game. Good ending is hell of a ride, I'm kinda lost on how to get the other ones so I guess I'll have to spend some more time with the game. Oh, the horror!
Edit 2: Ohh... most of the remaining scenes are pregnancy endings. Guess I had enough fun after all.

I am getting stuck on episode 6 final battle. Nothing happens after i finish the song vs rumiko. Anyone can help?

You need to head home, change into the disguise clothes in you room, and then there should be an indicator in front of your mirror.
Seems like a bug relating to this minigame. Had the same thing happen to after attempting a hard song with one of the other npc's. I ended up having to restart from my last save.
Episode 5 seems kinda tuff.. or am i missing something?

It looks like your save got corrupted somehow? I tried opening in 2.02, both JP and MTool versions - the former throws an error (a useless one unfortunately), the latter just freezes when getting to the save slot on the loading screen. Same with 1.05 (checked it just in case).
Did you complete all of the tragedy avoidance tasks? If so, how is your sanity level?

It's a pretty simple tool. Just open the app, click on the first tab on the top left and launch the game (either by dragging the Game.exe file into the big bordered area or by clicking on said area and navigating to a file this way).
Once the game launched you can translate it by going into the "Translate" tab and clicking "Start translation" (don't bother changing translation source as these are for paying users). Wait until it finishes processing everything and click back on the game, it should refresh and display English text.
This step doesn't have to be redone with each launch, just open the game from the "MTool_Game.exe" file and it should load the translation automatically.
One important thing to keep in mind is that MTool keeps its saves separate in a "Save_MTool" folder, located in the main game folder - if you want to use downloaded saves put them in there.
