Ok...just to point out a few things, because i really think this is being unfair and because there's some stuff to say about the translator Patron page dedicated to this game translation.
First of all, i did subbed to the Patron page a few days ago for 1 month with the $1 monthly sub. I was able to view the patch post and i was able to download the patch from the link given and then i noticed that the entire pre-patched game was there as well, which i did not need cause i bought this game on Dlsite previously, so i only downloaded the patch file, expecting that the ''complete'' translation patch including the translated images was that one.
And that's where funny things started. That ''Patch Only'' Link was not the ''complete'' patch. It was the one without the translated images. So i proceeded to download the entire game link(from the second link on the above picture), and that one had the translated pictures. Now...i don't have to say anything about it but uploading the entire game on Patron is not smart, it actually could lead you to major issues. That being said, i heard that the patch version from this translator got updated so i got to the Patron page to download the new patch version, assuming that i would be still able to do so for this entire month of sub i paid...but no! The translation post i was able to view before, now it's locked behind a $5 sub level and if i want to view it i would need to pay $5 for something that i was previously able to access.
As you can see the post is blocked for me and i cannot view it entirely anymore. The lock icon is there and the post view is prompting me to pass to a superior level to view it again, which is the $5 monthly sub. Now, why i cannot view the post anymore? I find it quite unfair if you ask me that now the monthly fee to view the post and access the links are suddenly behind an higher paywall for whatever reason.
Now if i was any other kind of guy that doesn't give a fuck about what consequences are going to be given to this patron page author upon reporting this, i probably would've already reported this to Patron(since it goes against their guidelines) but i will stop here saying, it's just unfair that there was a price spike and i think you really should only post the patches links(which is already finnicky on Patron because it's game assets you don't own) instead of giving out the entire pre-patched game blocked behind a Patron paywall(A game you do not own, let's remind this).
With this being said, i was ok in supporting you for a monthly $1 to start with and it's an amount that doesn't really make me want to go on and report this knowing the sort of issues that can come to this Patron owner/translator but at the same time i don't want to keep supporting you like i don't want to contribute at this point to report bugs and contribute in solving them by reporting them to help you complete this work in a proper way because i feel scammed and cut out from something i was able to access few days ago and that now instead asks me to pay an higher fee.
I would've probably been even ok with the price increase and having to pass to an $5 payment method if it was delivered during january and if there was a proper way of dealing with this and an improvement to the current work but it's apparently not the case, i feel like i've been scammed and that's all i have to say. To conclude, it made me not want to play through this to find bugs and stuff, some of which i already found but i have no intention to contribute reporting them at this point.
