Well it's easier to find the DETAILED HINTS on how to avoid it by just FINDING THE BLACK TRAGEDY spot but I'll help you anyway. Get the blockade permit from Police Chief (either seduction or capturing angel's subordiante), Adjust the cameras in the park, bribe the Saitou goons with gooner material (Sanya pics). Or you can bypass that by FINDING the black tragedy spot and having enough yandere points.

Her Nasty is not high enough to seduce the police chief and I don't know how to capture Angel's subordinate. Anyone know how to do this?

I think the brother has to mention it first, and then you can get it from the adult store (where you sell your underwear) by talking to the NPC in the top right room.

The convenient store will add newer items as you progress the chapters. I don't remember which specific chapter it becomes available though.

When you go patrolling at night, Angel's Subordinate will be hiding behind some building pipes (he is semi-visible, just top-down RPG tileset shenanigans). You need to mash the "Z" or confirm button when you do the minigame, it's not the same minigame as the Fast Food restaurant.

It's in Onuguri town, place when you can play music click game. When u go to town go right down of the map, try in disguise costume if omen doesn't appear.

Somehow, I can't find the key in the location of your picture. Neither at day or night. I did found the key on the location mentioned by the previous post (the cat one)

Edit: So, both keys are hidden were the cat is, so check these locations at day and at night.

How to trigger the event adult shop selling P Uniform? i guess if you keep playing till chapter 3 after "forget name" ask you to be a model , then adult shop selling uniform will triggered (location adult shop under the police station , the guy who buying your panties for 10k)
