Looks like the next update has been pushed back another two months from Twitter posts. Using translate though so not 100%.
Looks like there are still bugs with the translation for the text for the guy on the left side of the hospital after giving the low dose penoid

Pretty sure the ending is the only one since this game is sort of just "Part 1" of the whole deal. Aside from Bad Ends at least.}
Also I don't think you CAN get the Boyfriend to 20cm yet. Likely Part 2 will try to do something about porting saves from Part 1 if it's not just added content to the base game, meaning you'll probably be able to continue from where you end Part 1.
Part 2 was (tentatively) meant to come out in March but it's been delayed. There are CG updates on Twitter at least.
