Can't really help you with this since I prefer female protagonists. You could try this recommendation thread if you're looking for NTR titles with non-NTR routes, alternatively just use the alpha thread browser and add/remove tags as needed (I've set some parameters as a starting point but you can customize things however you like).

To expand on what the other poster said - I believe you have to progress boyfriend's route first by talking to him in the park a few times (he show's up there in the afternoon, I think). Eventually he'll say he has to help his dad with work and will start showing up in the industrial area instead. He should be there after 1600h, near the boxes at the parking lot.
Talk to him (I don't remember if this step is necessary), then talk to the dad who's located near the barrels further to the east and he'll give you two options: pay up or fool around.

Almost reaching end of the chapter. So far everything is more based on manipulation tactics. no hypnosis/mind control content, even for the future updates i believe.

In my experience it tends to switch around the addresses of variables in games made with this engine so you might have to try a few times before you get the correct one (try searching for your current sanity value to limit possible options).Important thing to keep in mind: keep your old save backed up, at least until you're done changing it and know the new one works. If you change the wrong variable don't try to fix it by uploading the modified save again but rather use the old one - changing the wrong thing can brick your save.

this did not work the classic save editors changes either did nothing or broke the sav file
i managed by using cheat engine... beware to have the game loaded and in the inventory menu or it wont accept the change and reverts it
Dev posted preview of a new scene a few days ago on Twitter - it seems like they're still hard at work on that so probably not this month?
Huh, that's weird. I was able to change pretty much all the values in the game, including sanity - I wonder what's up with that. At least you found a way to make it work.
