Initially boyfriend can be found in the park, after 1400h. After progressing his story a few times he'll move to the Industrial Area in the bottom right of the map, up from the entrance (he'll be available from 1800h now). Once that happens you'll have to get his father's permission to progress his events - either by paying the father 50k or agreeing to fool around (requires 50 points of Nasty). Father can be found on the same map, plot on the right side of the map.
Also, later boyfriend events require upgrading his PP to specific length before you can proceed.
For the surgery you need Surgery Tickets - these can be bought for 100k at the hospital reception or you can get them for fooling around with the hospital director. In both cases (do to the operation and fool around) you have to select "Do the volunteer work" at the reception, go to the third floor and talk to the Director in his office on the far right of the floor.
Just adding on to what the other guy said, it's pretty steep cost to gather enough cash for both the surgery and the dates, and if you go the option of sleeping with the dad and the doctor to get them you'll struggle to keep closeness high enough to actually go on dates (takes like 60%). So you should use a playthrough to gather surgery and date tickets while gathering H scenes with everyone all over town and then go NG+ (by choosing Inherit All when you start a new game) for a pure love run.
AFAIK there aren't different endings except failing to prevent tragedies or letting sanity drop too low.

You could technically grind money using day reset mechanic and working but that would probably be a pain to max out.

no you just need to farm items that spawn on the beach on the left. Get item, leave the zone, rinse and repeat. Could buy plenty of everything on first run + make bf's dick massive

TL;DR:
- Part 2 will be a separate, paid game instead of an update. "New content and features took way more work than expected and giving it for free would be unsustainable."
- Part 2 will be priced between 1700 - 2000 Yen (a bit cheaper than Part 1).
- Release date planned for mid September.
- Part 1 will be updated with some minor things like pregnancy, "convenience feature" (skip function), additional skills (whatever that means), bug fixes.
- Kagura Games is working on an uncensored and all-ages English versions (don't ask me how the latter will work with this game). No release date for now.

It doesn't, just prevents you from progressing boyfriend's story. You can also regain closeness at any time using the donation box at the shrine.
Sure, but with games like Celesphonia or Nightmare Knight or whatever there's at least SOME gameplay to fall onto without the smut. What is there to do here? Prep work for the main events? Rhythm mini-game? I might actually try a baby playthrough to see if there's enough to release such version, I really curious.

Whatever the case is, it's still a weird thing to add to a H-game. Celesphonia is peak tho especially with the CN mod.

Starting new game after completion (whether full or hitting a bad end) gives you 3 options:
- Inherit flags (notepad entries, H scene status).
- Inherit all (above + money, items, status/shape, skills).
- Don't inherit (vanilla start).
No unlimited mode unfortunately.
