As mentioned in the post you quoted, you need high Nasty value to have a reasonable chance of catching him. You can find him behind props like signs and telephone poles. Example:

I haven't been here for a while, did anything change about the artists hard drive situation? Last I heard they just decided to redraw all the CG's, did they recover the old ones or is it full on redoing? Because then I fear it might take a little bit longer than october no?

They decided to redraw everything as recovery was taking too long. Didn't mention getting those files back since then so we can assume work just went faster the second time. Either way, it seems to be almost done.

• Dev team managed to remake about 90% of the lost content.
• Main story will end on March 31 (in-game obviously), is relatively short if you just focus on that.
• Most content is in side events.
• Recollection and developer rooms are two separate things, no info on what the latter does.

It does have NG+. Every time you start a new game after getting an ending (good or bad) you get an option to import money, stats, items and unlocked flags.

Doesn't sound like it based on the article I linked earlier. If you want more time to look for content you can extend it by restarting the day instead of progressing to the next one but that's it at the moment. Maybe the dev room from part 2 will have something like that or maybe there will be an option to keep playing after the ending - there was no info on that unfortunately.

We don't know if full gallery will be unlocked on completion. It sure doesn't in the current version.

I think this happened when you load a save form an older version of the game because I've tried it before (full save file for insta gallery from old version) and the girl was there

Are you talking about more articles by the dev or a separate thread on the forum here? I don't think the latter makes sense since you'll need part 1 to play the DLC anyway - no point in splitting the two. It's also not released yet so no request threads for now either.
