My very first character of my game!

....psssst, the character is presumably Japanese from the anime style and the stereotype of the said art.
Age of consent in Japan is 13.

Just because something is legal in one country does not mean it suddenly becomes legal everywhere else based on the setting. Using another country's age of consent as your excuse is not going to prevent it from being illegal in other countries. And porn ages and sexual consent ages don't always line up in a country's law. For example, in the UK the age of consent for sex is 16 BUT sexually explicit pictures of anyone under the age of 18 is usually considered **********. And from what I understand, the age of consent in Japan being low isn't technically true since the final say goes to the people in charge in whatever province has jurisdiction. They might be fine with illustrated and animated lolis as far as social acceptance goes but as far as real sex goes they tend to land on 18 despite any national laws saying otherwise.
In my personal opinion, I feel that that particular illustration could be of an 18-year-old girl. It would really depend on the cast you surround her with and the story setting for me to pass final judgement. Right now there are a lot of visual markers outside of just her anatomy that point to youth and innocence which are probably getting people to the conclusion that she is underage, mainly the dress. But maybe this is her character? Maybe in your story, she is innocent and somewhat frustrated because she's not treated like an adult? In which case it's not such an easy thing to address without just diving in.
I do like the art. The uncoloured sketch reminds me of stuff by Fred Gallagher (he used to make a webcomic called Megatokyo, I don't know if he still does) but I think it's just the sketchy unfinished style. And maybe how they draw faces?
I feel like the "generic" criticism might be unfair or at least premature since we have no real indication of her personality yet.
If being particularly young looking isn't something you were hoping for with the character I would suggest following Epadder's advice as far as proportions go. Even with small (or no) breasts, just adding height and hips can make a world of difference.

What the hell!? I mistakenly thought it was around 16 for Japan. That explains a lot of the sexualization of middle school girls in anime. That is an incredibly low age for consent.
I just looked up some information: Even though the age of consent is 13, there is still a law that protects minors from "unethical relationships" called the Juvenile Obscene act. Interesting... I wonder why Japan set it up like this.

Yeah, that whole unethical relationships thing is why most there adopt the 18 rule like the USA. It sounds as though it's case by case and really not worth the risk. Japanese law is a bit of a shit show that probably needs fixing. The pixelation thing in porn apparently goes back to some outdated decency laws implemented by the US after WW2 and given that the US has long since moved on from being so prude there's really nothing stopping Japan from moving on either. We all know they're super perverted, why not ditch the pixels? haha.
Maybe it's these damn repressive pixels that are the root evil and cause of creating the many perversions
Well, we people from the east are quite weird after all. And even though the age of consent is 13 in Japan, but that's only in Tokyo. In other prefecture, the laws are different, ranging from 13 to 18. Other country here in the east like Philippines go as low as 12. The reason of our low age of consent here is due to the old tradition and culture. In Japan, the old culture basically says that if you're old enough to make a baby, then you're an adult. Combined with the quite extreme expectation in education and the tradition of respect, 13 years old are considered to be adults basically. This goes to China and Korea as well, which can be called the leading countries in the East.
Second world countries in the East like Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia, generally follow the same rules as well (Except Philippines i guess) where the age of consent for girls are ranging from 12 to 16, but generally not 18 and up.
So all in all, yea, we might be weird as fuck, but we got dem young pussy.

Hello Hello,
I have some bad news and some other good news...
The bad ones first... This project will never see the sun. Why? Because the artist was serious at first, and now he is messing with me and my time. It has been two months that I gave him my second commission and every time I email, send messages in deviant art and discord... 3 days later he answers me and tells me he is sorry blablabla... 2 f*cking months like that.
I think I have lost at least 500$ with that kind of artists...
Now the good news?
First, I have bought some Daz3D assets (March madness). I will soon make some Ren'Py games with a lot of beautiful ladies. And of course, the game will be free.
Second news, I may have found a good 2dcg artist to co-work with for another future hentai Game
And least but not last, I am working with another 2dcg artist for an RPGM game.
And last, I am working with another talented artist for another Ren'Py game... (this one is too much busy but we are going there hopefully)
And Yes I am working on 4 projects at the same time x).

If you are seriously working on 4 projects at the same time, you won't even finish one.
It's simply a bad idea, you haven't even finished ONE project yet. Start slow, start simple or you will be overwhelmed soon and abandon everything. Too many have tried, every single one of them failed...

Sorry mate, but there are a lot of factors why they stopped or failed. One of those factors may be the artists, life problems and/or they were not doing this full time?

Another factor is when an artist is busy for you... you can still work on your other games or the Daz ones.

These guys have huge teams and are still going step by step and all of them started with one small project. Be realistic.
A solo developer on multiple projects is a bad idea.

You guys give a judgment but you don't have all the elements of the story. I may be working on multiple projects, but some projects will, unfortunately, go to the "on hold" spot because of the waiting time for some artists. Others will run more quickly and smoothly.
I not saying you are wrong neither correct, but what I am saying is that what you are talking about is not my case.

If you want to stay with an 'anime' style in Daz3D, I'd suggest taking a long look at Sakura 8...
Here's one of the 'addon' characters for Sakura (not in the pro bundle though), Hotaru:
Hotaru reminds me a bit of the line art character you were sharing earlier in this thread, hence my suggesting you taking a look at her.
Sakura's probably the most 'anime-ish' character for Daz. She has some quirks that you'll need to get a handle on, mainly how the eyes are put together, but she's obviously built as a strong homage to anime characters.
Sakura seems to have a bit of a following, and a handful of other addon characters. Also, there's a few free characters for Sakura over at ShareCG, etc. including at least one male morph. Plus, you could mix and match some body morphs to come up with your own characters of course.
There's also Karyssa 8, who isn't quite as anime but still a cutie:
If you like Karyssa's style, yeah Marcius makes some really cute characters along Karyssa's lines.
Anyways, if you like the '3D Daz anime/Sakura' style, or using characters in the "Marcius/Karyssa' vein, yeah I'd love to play such a game if the storyline interested me, but of course go with wherever your heart leads you. Working on a game is much easier if you personally like how the characters look, and especially if the images invoke their character voices in your head/they 'speak' to you. Not in a crazy psychotic way of course, I mean in in a storytelling context.
Keep your chin up! Sorry it didn't work out with your artist guy, but on the bright side, at least if you do it yourself you won't have to split the profits as it were...
