So true! I was going back into all his work and yes. I remember Emma the best simply because it was the original and original-ish. All follow up titles are just rehashes of it. As you pointed out, he had so much potential to move around, innovate, grow as an artist/maker. Instead we get the same game with a new coat of paint every so often. I guess less effort to recycle over and over again. No new kinks, no new models, no new premises. It is sad really. Would love to see him try out new things.Heisendou truly peaked with Married Warrior Emma—it was one of the best games of its time. After that, there were a few decent titles like Banished Empress, but they were short and didn’t quite hit the same mark. The rest were just mediocre.
What’s really frustrating is that he never evolved with the times. He has so much potential, but instead of pushing himself to grow, he seems content making a quick buck every few years, riding on the reputation of his past successes. It’s honestly such a waste... seeing him churn out these underwhelming games now feels so sad.

I feel emma's game had more interactions with certain NPCs as you become lewder - especially with the innkeeper, newer releases lost that charm. I mean if you're gonna use the same assets, can't you at least make more CGs and interactive content?
trying out both TL versions, KYROZELIX is more polished imo, definitely recommend it
Does this author even change pictures? I swear, I have seen those CG at least four times - Empress, Emma, some other game and now this.

Cheating tag is when someone around you (the mc) is cheating on her/his partner, doesn't matter if it's with you or someone else. Cheating is for others relation.
Ntr tag concerned you, the MC or FMC. If the protag is involved in a relationship (might be romantical or platonic like a mother or a sister) and cheating or get cheat on with other people, then it's ntr. The ntr revolved around betraying and loosing something that was "yours" (like your relationship with your family members for someone you hate).
In this case, it's ntr just like the emma warrior game (https://f95zone.to/threads/ema-milf-warrior-ruins-of-the-ancient-empire-heisendou.621/) and it might have the cheating tag if other people do it around you (like fmc compagnion).

Wait THIS is the same guy that made Married Warrior Emma? I saw this and thought it just looked like a cheap 'modern' (but barely) rehash of Married Warrior Emma. Wow he literally just makes the same game over and over again without improvement. How disappointing because Married Warrior Emma always felt like a 'almost there' game that need more fleshing out and was limited by the old version of RPG maker it was made on, so it is rough to hear the guy took a great starting point and just never did anything with it.
The biggest problem is that NTR means like 3-5 types of cheating / adultery / whatever. It would be so much easier to use English language specific tags instead of a catch all Japanese abbreviation. But it is what it is.

Head back to the Second Side room where Bruno rubs her butt, the one where the twins helped move the Rock.
This time he'll rub her tits, and elbow them a bit.
Then head to the Inn and speak with him while alone, he'll be in the room next to yours.
Then head to the first side room, where he's blocking the door.
He'll let you unlock it with the BF1 Silver key you got from the twins, and in the chest you'll get the BF1 Gold Key, and that opens the Gate.

For the guys confused in how to progress, look for the green circle around, if u can't open a door, return some floors and check other path. Some events in the dungeon require that u see in the city, so every floor u clear, go back to city, interact with all npc's during day/night at least once, return to the dungeon and before advancing to next floor, check the rest area(room with some beddings). Around the 3rd or 4th floor there is also a area with 2 doors(one above and one in the left) and unless u return and watch the events on the inn with the other guy(partner in the dungeon), event there won't trigger, same as the sequel with events in the inn as u need to go to the dungeon and see the one with the 2 doors. Similar as this, at floor 1 or 2 there is a chest with 2 guys looking, u need to leave dungeon and invite them at the front of the bar once to advance. All events works like this, trigger one in the dungeon, one outside, at one point, u will be able to take off cloths in the slum area and so on in another green circle.
Also note that are around 2 or 3 events in the city that can only be triggered if u have her husband together
