Man, this game reminds me of Warumiyo games, genuinely quite a bad experience, and it's pretty rare for me to find actual bad games. I have the same question for the devs of games like this, how did you fucked up so bad that the bugs exists at release when you're playing normally?, that just shouldn't happen. I'm progressing normally and already encountering 2 loading freeze, at the very least it does seem to be connected to certain scenes.

You need to run the game, stay in title menu, alt-tab, change the date and load the save
