So i found the issue, it's related to the game being very old and using DX9. I've installed DX9, but so far I could not make it work on my pc even if I run it in compatibility mode for win7/win8. How's everyone else solved this ? For clarity : I'm on Windows 10

Nah, I installed direct x 12 and changed the system locale to Japanese and it's running smoothly for me , I'm using windows 11
