I can add some kind of cheats for the next builds until 0.1.0 but I want the pewple to actually play my game haha

Not in the current build. I'm working on a generic sex animation with random NPCs for the next build so you can get them pregnant for testing and stuff.
Guess who the mother is
Main characters will have their unique sex animated scenes but don't expect them before build 0.1.0.

It kind of does but the solution is quite simple, which is to limit the number of active NPCs per cities. Quite a shame but necessary :x

Are babies going to get sent to grandma's house/the orphanage, or are they actually going to become NPCs? Asking because it seems like the latter would be risking creating too many NPCs on the poor engine.Not in the current build. Active development IIRC but it's a solo project with big scope so I'm not expecting super speedy updates or anything.
I already commented about this on Itch but Silac, I really hope you don't go overboard on reworking the MCs cock because one guy said it was "too small."

They will become NPCs, just like Mad Islands haha. As for the game performance, I still have to think of something so it doesn't burden too much the game engine.

It'd be interesting to see a side-by-side of how it's changed over all the different versions, to give a bit of perspective.
I don't mean to make a "big" deal about it but I only bring it up because their are only a handful of games/artists that don't just follow the porn standard for dick size that aren't connecting it to SPH/SPE and these projects always have people in the comments complaining/making snide remarks about how "small" the dick is, Redmoa actually made fun of these comments in one of his more recent animations. I don't think there's very strong evidence that people will flat out refuse to play a game because "the dick is too small" (the only case I could maybe see is if it was literally like a 1 inch dick and wasn't supposed to be a SPH game/addressed at all), it's just an easy thing for people to make comments about since humans are visual.
I was going to be hypocrtical here and say "I don't like seeing solo devs forced to chip away at stuff because of random voices in the void", but I suppose my comments might count as this, just in a "don't do that" way. So instead I'll end it by saying I just have a lot of hope for the potential in this game and one of the things that drew me in was the non-porn standard take on the MC's thing.
maybe you could add in the character creation the D sizes , would be nice too if the diff sizes like had different dialogs when having sex,like some NPC preferring some bigger some smaller
