I tried out the abandoned game Welcome to Nicest. Despite being "abandoned", it has a sizeable chunk of content available. Fantastic art style, too.
I think it should be on this list even though it's marked as abandoned. The content it has is really that good.
There is no gallery function BUT it's actually super easy to find every scene. Very simple walkthrough is included both as .txt and in the in-game phone. Also can just press Q to skip time to find scenes super duper easy.

It's sad. Dev couldn't bare that his side project is better than his main game. Got annoyed by people asking for updates.

it just lack of connection in my opinion. i thought chuck was the guy getting cucked, but in the end its just chuck watching people getting cucked as short stories somehow. the mom route is the closest thing to ntr, and yet still far. it also lacks of connection, but this time to the characters. its really a''who cares'' that he gets to fuck her. the mom barely interacts with chucks. the Chad'spov is developped, Chuck isnt. its like you said, full of hidden and implied sex, but i have no reason to care that its happening yk yk?. unless i missed something, this is what i got from the game. then again, its just my opinion from it, some people might feel differently.
This list isn't NTR restricted. NTR is just the most commonly paired fetish as the conditions for mystery style require that outside observer. Theoretically you could have a game on here that has 0 NTR elements, maybe something a security guard/hall monitor trying to hunt down lewd happenings in the building/school to stop them and tracks through hints and glimpses. It is just such a narrow niche that nothing like that really exists.
This would be so much better without the mother. She ruins literally every scene she's in.
Edit: I give this a 2/10.

The mother exists to slow down the story, if she wasn't there then the oblivious dude and the doormat Tae would just end with Tae getting fucked 24/7 with no story needed to get us there. The story needs SOME kind of limiting factor to pump the brakes.
Got around to playing Falling Undercover: Nox Syndicate now that it has a couple updates out. Worth being on the list despite my general dislike of kinetic novels.

Love this art style, checked out more of his works and while not all strictly aligns with this niche, is quite well done!
