Ok, like I said , idiot. So, I extracted the file first. Then was able to install.

After installing, not only did the game crash, but it crashed my phone and triggered "safe mode." So yeah, can someone please explain what I'm missing?

I don't know why, but the android version dosen't work. The game load for 15 seconds and close.
