I´m still on Win7 too ... I had no issues ...
Though my system runs on Japanese locale and date-format ...
Did you redownload ? Maybe the archive got damaged ...

I have Japanese locale. Not date-format.
I forgot to mention that i used also locale emulator, and the msg error changed to something like this .-.

I never used emulators ... can´t help with them ...
But if you played the game before ...
I guess the archive got damaged during download or corrupted ...
I had some issues in the past with files downloaded from Mixdrop ... the links or archives got compromised ...
Did you redownload from a different source ?
When excatly pops up the warning ?
Could it be a false possitive ?

Found a way to unlock the last scene but not how to trigger it
After completing the game buy the Memory Box at this shop on a NewGamePlus ...
On use it unlocks the complete galery

The virus error from window is usually triggered by Window unable the proberly check the exe due to the game path.
Basically, either the game path is too long, or it contain non local character that window don't like (most often the JP "~" you oftne find in game title).
So, make sure you make the path short and / or remove any syntax and non local character, game should start without problem after that.

I just used the box to get all the scenes .How did you get the Blacksmith Scene ?

Its crazy it wasn't unlocked. Maybe I missclicked the savefile :S
Neat game. Shame about the heavy censorship. A little grindy, but it at least has a heart to it unlike a lot of slop.

I guess you need the savec.rvdata as well ... there is your actual collection stored ...
That file didn´t update since I used the Memory Box ... although I played on to find the trigger for the last scene ...
The Volume.rvdata2 I included just stores the soundsettings ...
