As for it freezing could you upload your player log file

Additional to see the in-game images you need to install Visual C++ 2015 x86. In the next step you should allocate the game to your better graphic card or deactivate one of them via hardware manager or BIOS.

Thanks for the log having looked at it I'm afraid your rig isn't man enough to play the vids, so to continue playing go into settings and disable the UI settings and you can still play the game

Can you post a copy of your player log, please? You'll find it located in
C:\Users\user-account\AppData\LocalLow\Faerin Games\Mystwood Manor
Or use the Windows + R key, type: %appdata%, go back one folder and you'll see "LocalLow".

yeah.. x86 is required because the game build is x86 and not x64. For game build x64 you would need C++ 2015 x64.

There’s no approved events with Julia contained, despite it took a couple of months. The engine is a good one, but it took a material time.
