You seriously underestimate the will of the F95 user ...
Ah yes, silly me — still out here believing there’s a place in the world where people are polite, patient, and don’t act like the internet owes them something the moment they hit refresh :LOL: Probably a mythical land where they say “please” before demanding things and “thank you” after getting them. Must’ve missed that patch in the latest humanity update. But hey, a dreamer’s gotta dream, right? :giggle:

Funny how the hit dogs always holler the loudest.

Big thanks to you, AdanGC Mods — seriously, I really appreciate the time, effort, and energy you’ve poured into creating this mod. Hats off to you. I just wish more people took a second to recognize the work behind the scenes instead of acting like content magically appears out of thin air.

Apparently it does not properly work, yes you can click ignore, but It does not recognize the variables, here are some errors:

Code:
Full traceback:
  File "game/prologue.rpy", line 221, in script
    $ mc.funny_max += 1
  File "/mnt/SteamLib2/VN/Mythos-1.1.0.0-market/renpy/ast.py", line 821, in execute
    renpy.python.py_exec_bytecode(self.code.bytecode, self.hide, store=self.store)
  File "/mnt/SteamLib2/VN/Mythos-1.1.0.0-market/renpy/python.py", line 1178, in py_exec_bytecode
    exec(bytecode, globals, locals)

It should work to play through from short testing, but could break down the line.

So it bugs out on
Code:
$ mc.direct += 1
and the like. That does NOT appear to exist anywhere in the original script files. It must have existed in a previous version, but not the current one. And the only place that "mc.<whatever>" appears is in prologue.rpy.

So long story short, it does look like you can safely ignore those errors, or even remove any lines that begin with "$ mc." from prologue.rpy and you shouldn't get any errors from it. It looks like "direct/funny/etc" don't exist as stats anymore? If that is the case, the mod may throw further errors when you load Mod Options, too, because it references those stats as well. I haven't gotten far enough into the game yet to know for sure.

How is this a walkthrough mod when there is no guide to unlock certain achievements?
I would estimate thaqt 50% of WTmods are simply highlighting the choice that gets you the most lewd content. Not every mod is going to have extensive detailed stats analysis.. If someone goes out of their way to make a mod you simply say "Thank You" if you liked it or go make your own if you don't. It's in poor taste to complain that someone sharing a free mod they made didn't include every feature you wish was in there. :rolleyes:

I mean there are some points the mod stops being useful like choosing the right setup for the ball or judging the suspects on the corkboard, not to mention the lack of stat points.

I think partially because the "right" or "wrong" setup is JUST and achievement thing, it doesn't cause a fail for the game, and it does not have any effect on erotic content.

Nor is the suspect board a "win or lose" deal -- it's just about whether you actually solve/guess the true ending on your own or have to watch some/most/all of the "fake" endings before watching the real one (Yes, I'm not putting that behind a spoiler. There is only one true ending, and there's no way you won't find out what it is unless you just give up before the game is over).

Also, both the ball team and the board have different achievements for best/worst and first/last choices, respectively, so the mod would have to take that into account ... and that's not what the mod does, it's only about most complete outcome.

That said, in the main thread, there are some manual achievement guides, if you really need to "catch them all"

And the lack of stat points?
