Well she's got a heavy five poster, so to balance out the sci-fi she needs a fantasy one as well

Damnit, that's Kylie's room :ROFLMAO:. Ok Kylie needs the poster, but maybe Tara as well.
Oooh, that makes more sense! I do plan to have more dedications like the Heavy Five poster and the Sylphine wallpaper, but I'd be sure to get Droid's permission before I do. :)

New versions of the game - it's still 1.1, but I took the confusing hotfix zip out of the main directory and fixed like... two typos.

I don't understand why so many AVNs contain so many girls with weird hair color or weird haircut. In real life I meet such people er... not every year...

And it never looks sexy, BTW.

I don't think so. That style is too generic. But then again its just a matter of preference so I won't argue
Most pretty women I met in my life had generic hair styles, generic noses, generic lips, generic freckles, more or less generic eyes etc. =) It's the generic harmony that makes them beautiful. So in AVNs - of course, not for the sake of argument - I would say that generic things aren't bad; why would we need exhibitions of various styles, it's not a barbershop display...

Sorry game just keeps crashing when I go to run it not sure why it is not working correctly.
At what point does it crash?
What happens? Does it give any error messages?
Are you running the latest version?
What are you running it on? (Windows/Mac, etc.)

I mean, I for one think that there are some (especially lesbian) games that go too far out of their way to avoid featuring girls with an "alternative" look, or if they do, make them all super annoying characters. So I'm gonna have to disagree, I like seeing this style of character and I think it's sexy.

OK, tastes differ I guess. Still, I don't feel that having women with common haircuts around is something annoying; for me it's annoying that most VNs that I try (perhaps especially with DAZ models) have girls with weirdly asymmetric hair, or some long hair strands hanging around the cheeks, or some hair seemingly growing on the sides of the forehead (ew...); and almost necessarily someone with weirdly colored hair.

In real life I fucked had relationships with dozens of girls, especially when I was younger (1970'es-2013), and if some of them dyed hair, then it was usually ginger or blonde color. Not a neon blue or pink etc. So it starts to feel like a freak show: weird hair here, weird color there... Again and again, in dozens of those games. It's like there are 0.2% of people, but here they are 20% of models...

I think it also depends on where we live and what kind of people we know. When I was at school and at university while it wasn't smth too common seeing someone with red/pink hair wasn't really weird and out of place. I myself during my schooling period had 4 different hair colors for extended periods of time (black, red, white and my natural dark brown) plus mixes of colors from time to time (which was a weird choice looking back as I was mostly with the black metal crowd at school). I am now teaching at a private course and seeing highschoolers or students with pink, red, green or blue hair is not that uncommon although they usually keep it for a short period of time and return to their natural colors, they are mostly inspired by mangas or Asian popular culture in their choices.

With VNs I think it's good to have variety, to include more eccentric looking women and more natural ones so more people can be happy. Additionally I believe that most VNs are usually supposed to be escape from reality so too much realism is not smth that most devs aim for, although that of course depends on the style and subject of each VN. Mythos is imo more over the top, comedic so more eccentric characters feel at home in this VN.

And B is awesome.

I know it's all personal preference, but I wanted to chime in. :)

I love unnatural hair colours. Most games I play where there is a girl with weirder hair than most (Halfway House, Savior, Intertwined, Love of Magic) ... She becomes my favourite. Hell, one thing I love about Sylphine is how almost every girl has unnatural-looking hair.

At least half the girls I've dated in the real world (including my wife) have had "alt" styles. With most of my RL friends being in the cosplay or LARP communities, I see it a LOT. I'd say that influences my artistic direction a bit, but like was said before... It's pretty frequent in AVNs.

Mythos.exe has stopped working
This is very unusual... Have you had this happen with any other Ren'Py games?

I suppose it hardly needs to be said that in real life folks are not often sexing their mothers/sisters or finding harems of nymphomaniacs who think your genitals are magically delicious. Porn caters to fantasy, and fantasy is usually deliberately NOT the run of the mill or ordinary. Except perhaps to create a contrast so that the unusual stands out even more. Maybe that helps it feel less annoying or weird?
