You need to do all the pee events. Gummiel posted a guide of where to find them earlier in the thread, so just search for their name.

You have to do the first one first, otherwise Eliza doesn't know what the things even are

Probably a setting somewhere in Joiplay, as that file, it can't find is an RTP file, not one shipped with the game itself. I don't use Joiplay myself, so can't really say more than that though

Ah yeah, lots and looooots of collectibles in that game. Some really easy to miss too. Some kind soul made a list of all the collectibles and how to get them on ULMF and I made a copy of it, so I'm gonna save everyone a ton of pain and repost it.
