Nah but other than the ones I listed(also made a follow up post showing what changed).
Hinana5 najar added sleeves to the maid outfit and made her breasts slightly smaller.
Mamimi2 had a loud popping sound effect on the first orgasm on the initial release that got fixed.
Toru2 had a mistake like 2 secs in it showed some vaginal juices on the pov's stomach. Which is supposed to there when she sits on top of him in the second half, also fixed.
Hana2 has some changes too according to his notes, but I have no clue what they are.
That's it for all I noticed though. Maybe other people here have more.

On the K site, go to Najar's page and search with the term: 修正
It's the word for corrections/revisions/etc. and should give you an idea of which ones have been revised, although I have no way of confirming if that accounts for every video he's ever made changes to.
I recommend translating the actual body of the post, as some posts that include that word are actually pointing to another post (e.g. Hinana5 x-ray version's post is only pointing to the original non-x-ray's post as the one that was reuploaded with changes). Can also help to verify it by checking the "Published" vs "Edited" dates at the top. If there's no edited date, it probably never changed.
If you'd like to automate it, I scraped all the latest file hashes from Kemono a while ago

yea i agree but it was probably because pixiv fanbox takes payments out around the 1st of every month regardless of when u start supporting. I guess he felt the need to have something to show his supporters this month.
