Some could probably have a sufficient income from it but to the point of being considered "rich", no.
As for Najar, since he stopped advertising his works on Pixiv, I don't think that really helps him getting plenty of new subscribers.

This much is true, for Najar's case he gets new subs through word of mouth at least from what I can see. I also think that there's a minority of hentai artists that do get enough money to the point of being considered rich, $100-300k/year rich not millionaire rich though.

I think he had done the same once with Haruki Ikuta. It's probably cos there's now three bodies to animate, looks like it's gonna be a bit more complex than the Tenka+Amana one.

Monio actually had history with 1 touchy feely game that has a similar format to CEO NEET's old animation gallery game, and his one work really shined with the variants in fluid appearances, how he makes the girl very appealing through the eye details and hair gloss too. This artist definitely have a veteran experience with live2d, worth the follow!
