it feels pretty bad to see these minimal 10 minute content updates in one year time. not gonna lie, there's something to the artstyle of this and erahunter that makes me love its scenes and such. yet there's barely anything like it arround to scratch the itch. I liked erahunter the most, and seeing it just dead for 3 years is pretty sad.

Maybe you're right on the work ethics but right now hey (too) easily get away with doing nothing or almost nothing and still getting a (in)decent amount of money every month.
I bet that if their patrons would come to realize they're being scammed and removed their pledges, the devs would suddenly face very minor problems and update their games every few months instead of once a year (at least for Naked Adventure) .
I used to support their patreon and at the time the situation wasn't as bad as it is now. But holly fuck 1 new quest in a year is beyond lazy and it's insulting to those who pay them, but on the other hand, if people are still willing to pay monthly for this with so few update posts, that's on them.
I can totally understand that games aren't easy to make and that's probably not their main activity but as you say, in this case, don't make a patreon or lower the tiers and at least do more update posts. For example, pepette with Lolita gone wild isn't very active and there aren't regular updates, but it's not her main activity and the game is free, no patreon just a ko.fi (or whatever it's called) for people who want to give a tip and that makes the lack of updates ok and understandable.
I doubt it. I don't think they realize the potential of their games, and I don't think they are really interested in doing it for a living. If anything, I'm pretty sure if people removed their pledges the game would just die instead. Which is not an endorsement for people to go pledge to a scam, rather it's an unfortunate effect of their not realizing they could be bringing in over 5k a month if they'd just work a tiny bit more than they do now.

Great, now I feel like an asshole for assuming they are Russian, tho tbf Russians has a weirdly large margent in the adult game circle for some reason. Despite last time I check, developing these games is illegal in Russia...but just like torrenting movies, it is not nearly illegal enough for the popo to bust down your door.

I'm not sure why you think they are Ukrainians (minor-point) since we haven't seen any of them neither in life or at least in a forum of some sort. Also, why being Ukrainian justifies slow updates and dick behavior over their patrons? (major-point). They haven't updated their games properly since long before the war began and nothing has changed since then. Not to be misunderstood, being Ukrainian now means that you're in deep ass and you don't know when all this stuff will over, but using that as an excuse to make your updates even slower (1 quest per year, wtf) is just inappropriate.
It's not illegal to make porn games in Russia, you're free to do so. Not to mention that nobody cares about indie games in there and you can do whatever you want, as long as you stay away from some banned topics (LGBT and pedophilia, Putin has some weird kink on them) and don't bring attention to yourself.

Seeing how their patreon receives $1k+ per month - they failed.
Honestly I find it real unlikely that it took months to do this one quest.
Even with Covid. Like if this quest had some event chains, lots of different options, or something. I might have believed it, but as it is, I call bs.
And I am more than glad I stopped supporting them. I am not gonna act all moral and shit.
But this is sus, because at one point I did want to support them, and I do support some people on Patreon, but developers like these give them a bad name.

Counter argument, except not really.
Them being Ukrainians is something mentioned in other comments, which I admit is not an excuse for their slow update since...well, that is even before the War.
But the whole Crimea crisis date back to 2014, and if they are from the effected region (ie, those two Putin wants) then it make sense, sort of.
Also I don't know shit about them Patreon drama, therefor I don't know what they are doing internally so my apologies for poking the bee hive.
As for the legal ramifications of adult game in Russia, I do stated that is a "Last time I check" base, so if I am wrong then so be it...because frankly the more the better.

If they are from Crimea then they couldn't use Patreon in there (without hard effords at least), and their amount of money easily could've allow them to move away from it. Crimea is a craphole after Russian's anschluss.

Imagine paying 12$ over 12 months for 1 quest. (Imagine being in the 2 or 5 dollar subs)
I don't give a fuck what nationality they are, this game is all but dead to me until I see that complete tag. I'm not supporting a studio that pushes one new quest a year.
