Identify Name of NTR game that I Forgot

Hello, I recently wanted to replay an NTR game i played. Vaguely I remember that it was about a Husand and wife where the husband was infertile or maybe there was a curse and wife had to be impregnated by some bully from the village.
Game was RPGM.
Village setting like typical old RPGM games.
Highly possible I might be messing up the story a little bit tho

Wife had to adventure and collect special orbs, either you could just do all the dungeons or get them by providing favors to everyone in town.
Has a pure route.
But there is no bully, so maybe not the right game.
