Yeah I get it is a power fantasy and I know a lot of people like them. But just for my own personal view the dominate male with power to bend others to his will is just the games I am least interested in.

So I will check back i guess in 2 or 3 updates and see if you have started on the MtF path and check it out and then I can give you better feedback on how it is to how the game was before.

Thanks, great feedback. I will definitely keep the MtF the way you described it, as it was my intention. For the male one, it is more of a power fantasy. Ideally, I would like to create two sides of the same story, a power fantasy and a corruption fantasy. It's true that making my own assets is more time-consuming, but at least it doesn't drain my sanity

Why is always the Male Path the Powerpath and the Female the Corruption? I mean why not a Choice for the male to maybe Sissy or something, and the Female a Dominance Path there she abuses her Power over other NPC, and a Sub there she gets her way by submission? The other stuff is really really boring. Sorry Female to Bimbo Games are some of the most themes with FMC, an I personally get tired of Dicks rubbing against my FMC.
But a Porn Game there the FMC is not Dumb and a Bimbo in the end is something really rare. So just think about it. At this rate your Artwork can´t win you the Cup, so your Story and mechanics must do the work. And I promise if you jump on the Bimbotrain your Game will loose in the End against the already established Games.
But your Setting in Future with Agents, Nanobots and all that Stuff sounds interesting, just don´t throw it away. Think in which Case you can win the Price and then go for it.

Seriously man... stop postponing the release. At this point, it seems that there's a lot of frustration due to waiting and changing everything suddenly.

Let's not be over-dramatic. The game is being built again without discarding pre-existing concepts. Yes, there is not much content in it, but I will give regular updates of what is coming, feel free to join my Patreon to learn more, updates are never behind a paywall. The old game had more paths planned, but it was not realistic, 2 should be enough.


As to "delivering", I am following through with my original plan, I never wanted to use real porn. Googling images to fit the narrative was always a chore. Nonetheless, I practiced programming and learned enough to make the game I wanted. I know the art is kinda meh at this point, but learning art takes time. I spent a whole year learning basics and I am quite proud I can produce my own assets .

I wouldn't say people are being overdramatic (haven't read the most recent page of responses though). I myself am being realistic about real observations and your own words.

1. Realistic in the sense that I cannot count how many games have gone into a reboot status only for the dev to end up giving up even though so many devs have vehemently denied it would kill their motivation to continue, it still ended up doing so. So until you can prove different, that is a current you are going to have to face.

2. You state in your own dev notes: "The second major change is that a male protagonist's path is now the main focus. Over the next few builds I will bring back the elements that were there." and this is a direct and complete departure from the original game build. No one would argue that moving away from 6 character starts was the wrong move. It was certainly the right move as it was very much over ambitious to take on that tasking alone. But you are effectively making an entirely new game by scaping the original female start and not returning to in for the foreseeable future. It would be arguable that you should make a new game thread and mark this one abandoned maybe even, or still include that content and route for the real porn female only start maybe. The amount of time it will take you to make custom content in order to get back to where your game previously was puts you on track to return to female build 8 that is well past a time frame of a game like Where it all Began, which is currently on chapter 3, four years removed from chapter 6 of it's first build.

I'm not personally trying to be dramatic, I'm just giving my thoughts on the entire concept based on trends. I have not contributed to your patreon and do not know what your financial supports thoughts are on any of your plans, but I would feel fleeced if I were a supporter. I last tried version 6, and I do support devs financially, but I generally limit it to those that have current preggo content, which yours (as of ver 6) was only slated to have in the future at some point. So I was patiently waiting and watching your game progress. As I mentioned earlier, I do hope you have success in your game development, and I am happy you are able to finally build the game more to your preferred standard and vision, as that is important in a devs continued interest and development, and I am sure you will gain support and followings for this new game, but all things do come at a cost.

I think he has point though. It's been several months and we haven't seen any updates, and now it just feels like we are playing a total new game.

I originally came here for the femdom theme, and now I've just known that the game will be about a dominant MC, so...

I gotta say i liked the old version better.

I understand wanting to take the game in a new direction, but its hard to argue that this is reboot and not just a completely new game.

Personally, i didnt care for the other planned routes in the old version, i was really only interested in the female start.
So now that you're basically making the "common" male power fantasy, the game has lost my interest.

Good luck going forward though, i hope you manage to make the game you want.

Sorry to disappoint you guys. Making a fun and unique game is still my priority. You can come back in some time and see if it goes in a better direction. Fortunately, I am not doing it for money, so I don't feel any pressure. It is a passion project after all.

Not as a separate path. I will probably include that as a variation in female path plus add one such character to the game.

Hey, this premise won't change. The female path will be about male-to-female transformation. Regarding the male path, It will touch on transformation, domination, and other choices. I am using submission/domination/depravity paths but for male, it will have a slightly different flavor.

You can look on the bright side, before I get to the female path again I will learn a lot, both in game design as well as drawing.

I might be in the minority that actually like the change. I started the game when it was like 6 options and as soon as it turned into the feminine only path I lost interest, this pivot actually interested me again.
