Does anyone know how to do the cheesecake questline? I am so confused no special beast will spawn.

you buy it from the inn, then go to the forest and go down right until you're in the start of the flower sea. you'll see like gopher holes. he pops up looking like a giant dick.
I can't permanently unlock the bondage outfit, it only pops up for the discount for the shopkeeper
