is the MC customizable at all? like dick size color etc. dont feel like playing with 10cm pencil dick

Good people know how to unlock the (hanabi) event, it's a more or less old event from version 12 or 15 and it was unlocked when I was at the main entrance of the village outside or inside, I don't remember well but something like that was it
It doesn't seem to allow the newest Patreon mod to be installed in the latest update. All the other mods from the previous update could be when that version was downloaded - but the newest one for the new update won't.
Edit: Also what's with the world debaychery mod - it's supposed to add Kushina, but it doesn't seem to add her.

I wanted to re-download the game (my PC was rebooted after the Windows drive got fried), but everytime I try to start up the game, it says that "Microsoft defender SmartScreen has blocked" the game from loading due to potentially damaging my PC. It had the warning the first time, but I ignored it and booted the game anyway. So, does anyone else have that pop-up warning? I just don't wanna possibly fuck up my PC again.
