Fair play, did kinda forget about that whole incident. While I do think her story was good overall, her character and how she acted did give a weirdly out of place creepy vibe for an otherwise super wholesome game.

Here are some tips:
Talk repeatedly to all girls by cliking on them until you unlock tasks for them trough events.
Then just do the tasks for them until you fill out their affection bar. For exemple go fishing, make sure you don't spend all your energy on it though, and give the fish to shop keeper she will give you money and her affection will rise use the money to replenish energy and then rinse and repeat same with the pink loli who wants you to collect insects around map her older sister is harder since oyu need to spent money on the machine in front of shop to get items for her but she gives way more money then the other two girls
The Aunt and green girl affection can only be risen by talking to them as far as i am aware and most of their content is locked behind the end game after you finish all first three girls endings.
It is possible to do everything in single playtrough if you know what you are doing and don'T waste time.

When do I able to fish or catch bugs? I'm on day 8 and all I can do is doing events, either ecchi or normal. Also, how do I increase affection? It seems every time I talk to character, the only thing change was "chat counts", seems like clicking it repeatedly sometimes cost you 1 energy but sometimes it's not (it's inconsistent). If the game supposed to ends at 31st then it will be rushed as hell unless there's carry over mechanics.
You have to complete few events for the girl to unlock the task feature. You can see affection bar of the three "main" girls in the first info tab where you can see how many times you talk to them only ones who doesn't have affection bar aunt and green girl.
Talking to someone does lower your energy everytime but by small amount. You can talk to girl few times before you deplete single one bar of energy but like i mentioned it is more effective to give them items they want since you are also earning money alongside their affection.
Game was good i liked it i think my only complaint is the lack of save files i wish there where more since this game didnt have one of those gallery rooms, least i didnt find any that allowed you to replay scenes.

Strange, there's supposed to be a memories option last I recall. It'll be in the shape of a book above the settings option after you load in a save. Been a while since I last played it so either you didn't play far enough or you need to beat a route once to get to replay scenes.
And technically you need your H be full at the end of the day a few times to do a little progress with the auntie... and any real progress is after... well that requires... uh let me see if I can remember spoiler here...

TBH, that's a massive blunder on the devs part... like main heroines are the first ones you complete the story and content of... not the last.
And it's especially content you have done for the 1.0
Is there much content with them yet? or not worth playing until a few more updates? (the completed tag is inaccurate on this one)
The main story is completed and the H scenes are 7 for Misaki and I think 4 for Chitose (I don't remember), in this game it is understandable to leave their content for the last due to plot reasons which I wouldn't mention to avoid spoiling anyone reading this.
