Pretty sure all/most of the stuff in ADV.txt is in game, but I could be wrong. It's all from a single asset file. Stuff that's manually translated in there (besides dialog choices) are all things I hit where the Sugoi MTL was problematic. Some of it could be paths that either no longer active in the game, or maybe will come in a future update.
There are probably a lot of strings in the MTL fallback zip file that aren't in game, but I found most of them by searching for strings that showed up in the auto translation cache (meaning I didn't dump them), then finding the asset they came from and dumping every similar asset until clearing _AutoGeneratedTranslations.txt and then playing the game left me with an empty _AutoGeneratedTranslations.txt at the end.

There is a good ending and a normal ending. The only thing that affects what ending you get is a single choice on day 16. Even if you pick the "wrong" option the game will hit you with "this leads to the normal ending would you like to go back and reselect Y/N"

I think it's just the game. You might be right in that some of it is no longer active or future update stuff.
After I was done translating everything, just to experiment a bit, I did like a sort of reverse of what you did.
I took note of some lines that I'm sure wasn't in the game, then I took the Sugoi MTL out, and went through the game again.
None of the strings actually show up in _AutoGeneratedTranslations.txt, so I concluded that you actually don't see it in game after all.
Here's an updated translation!

- Hand translated every dialogue line in the game (hope I didn't miss any).
- Included some translations and files, and the Sugoi MTL from GettaBobo's translation as backup.
- Included image translations from unblip's post.
- Extract the BepInEx folder and overwrite the one that you get from the initial post.
- Extract the Translation folder found inside the 3 image archives, then overwrite the Translation folder inside your BepInEx folder.
- Do this for each Images archive

Looks like unblip's image translations did not include a translation for that image, so nothing's wrong on your end.
The important part in that image is the 3 lines at the bottom.
Yellow option: Increases affection level
Purple option: Increases development level
Blue option: Increases ejaculation count

Oh ya now that you mention it, i checked the translated images it is missing that particular tutorial.

You need to set your Regional Format to Japanese for it to properly work. You need to do this for some japanese games
