If you click the walkthrough button in the left hand menu, Lexi is one of the achievements with a step by step walkthrough. I don't remember everything offhand, but you'll need 3 confidence and yoga access.
Minor request, but please reverse the changelog so that the most current changes are at the top, like most of the games on this forum. Just makes for easier reading and means you can spoiler earlier changelogs once/if it gets longer.

Dunno what type of person plays games like this; it just seems so annoying without a walkthrough. Tho on the plus side, it's quite short and compact compared to totally annoying games like College Daze that require either multiple LONG playthroughs or 600 saves.

So I just played through the Lexi route, and I was a bit thrown off as it seemed to randomly change what it was calling her in different interactions. Sometimes within the same interaction, like when you see her at the yoga place, and it calls her Lexi at the top, but then calls her Luna for the rest of the page. I would definitely recommend running a "find and replace" in the script and switching out "Luna" for "Lexi" so it's consistent across the board. I mean it's not that hard to tell from context, but it still threw me out of things when it happened, especially multiple times.

I didn't have much trouble getting all the endings because the walkthrough as it exists now is pretty good, but I have only managed to get 64 of the 92 scenes. How could I figure out what scenes I'm missing so I could figure out how to proceed to discover them? Any suggestions or further hints would be appreciated. As it stands now I have been replaying with random perk combinations hoping to hit new content.

By any chance, did you try going to the credits page and clicking on the characters? A couple of them already contain hints, although admittedly, not enough yet.

I've been playing it again for a while using the hint you suggested. I've now managed to unlock 84 of the 92 scenes. The scenes I have yet to get are Nicole 2, Ariella 3, Jennifer 1, Lena 1 and Kenzie 1.

I have all the Achievements, but I have been having a tough time getting the last 4 scenes. I need the boxing and yoga scenes with Nicole , and I need to accept Jennifer's first offer. The 4th one is getting Ariella fired, but that option will not present itself until after I get the last two with Nicole. Can anyone point me in the right direction like which perks to start with if any for each of these scenes? If so, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

By going to the credits page you get a list of available scenes with each character and a hint.

I copied this from the new ending and its walkthrough that I will be adding in v0.7, it should help you out with Ariella and Nicole: Start game with Christy, Jennifer, Nia and Tennis perks -> Go to nightclub -> Steal drugs from hospital -> Go to strip club and search for Jennifer -> Pay Christy -> Go to tennis court and hire Nicole -> Go to the gym and don't make a move -> Go boxing and apologize -> Go to yoga. After finishing the scenes with Nicole, you will still have time to meet Ariella.
For Jennifer, the first time you sell drugs to her, you have 2 options: Haggle or accept her offer.

Sounds good but I have one question about Jennifer. When I meet her do I need to be corrupt to get the haggle option? I ask because I have met her many times and accepted her offer without getting the achievement.

In order to unlock "Accept Jennifer's first offer", you'll need to:
Start game without perks -> Go to meeting in your office and have Nia convince you -> Have sex with Cory -> Walk to hospital and steal drugs -> Go to strip club and get lap dance from Kagney -> Go to strip club and talk to Kagney -> Meet Jennifer and "Accept her offer".
