Apologize about that. This is my first game so I made a mistake about how I configured the game. The good news is that from 0.7 forward, save files should be compatible with future updates (unless a major change is added).

Thanks for the feedback! I don't know what people would prefer the most; autoplay or not. I'll try to look into it. But in any case, I can probably add this as a setting if needed.

DrNaughty Despite not hiring Lena, the game defaults to her as the lawyer in the stroke event. I've included a save at the hiring screen.
Lol, now in this second save, if you choose the 3 selections I have, it ignores the Lena choice and Anya shows up
Its tied to the nurse. Peta forces Lena regardless of who you hire. Sedona forces Anya
Also this never unlocks

I would like to know whether there are any other tips for getting the last Leana achievement other than the hint in her credits.
Leana Lovings
✅ Meet Leana at hospital
✅ Give test pills to Leana
✅ Be honest with Leana at the hospital
✅ Meet Leana at the bar
✅ Teach a class and talk to Leana
✅ Hire Leana as your personal assistant
✅ Let Leana take a picture of your dick (start with Leana as your assistant)
✅ Fuck Leana and her roommate together (start with Leana as your assistant)
❌ Creampie Leana during threesome with Lexi (start game with Lexi and Leana, and get test pills from your garage)
I've started the game several times with Lexi and Leana to no avail. I also need the answer to question #68 right above me regarding Lena. I have 109 of 111. I would also add my agreement with the one who posted his frustration at starting over from scratch for every update. That's a bit tiresome. I was at 92 of 92 and had to restart at 0 of 111.

you must have 1 experimental pill, so you need to already know Nia or take her offer. go in the garage and use it.
Does anybody know how to go to the photocamera route?

That should be changed to:
Creampie Leana during threesome with Lexi (start game with Lexi, Leana and Nia. Celebrate Birthday, Bathroom, Living room, Garage, take pill, Living room)
Save file will now be compatible with future updates (starting with save files for v0.7).
