Urination tag is missing, especially since it's not optional (like so many of the other controversial fetishes such as rape and incest). Sleep sex probably should be added too. The forced nature of this stuff is particularly problematic because the developer promises choices in the overview/intro, but the player just doesn't have them.

Yes, it's mostly a VN now. The tags aren't updated neither (urination), also forced.
I mean, technically that's just rape which does get the tag. Not sure if sleep sex isn't used in similar manner to cheating tag, i.e. for cases where protagonist is performing it, rather than be on the receiving end.
I'm pretty sure only simpletons give a flying fuck about tags, the majority of normal humans just get on with life without useless questioning
People use tags to find or avoid games with certain things based on their preferences. Nothing about using tools you're given is being a simpleton, if anything it's the opposite.

Yes, I've heard about that. I think no matter which state you're in in America, hospital fees are very high. Even if you have insurance, only a certain portion is covered, and the rest is billed to the patient. However, I think the treatments at the hospital are quite good. But they are expensive. In my country, a certain contribution is deducted from your salary every month, and compulsory insurance is taken out. This insurance covers almost all your healthcare expenses. Only for healthcare expenses outside the hospital, such as medications purchased from pharmacies, insurance covers a certain portion, and for medications like pills you take at home, 50-70% is covered by the state insurance, while you pay 30-50% out of your own pocket. This is affordable, except for cancer medications. These are the benefits of the welfare state. If you get sick very often, America can feel more like hell than heaven.
