Same thing... a simple search by typing "Phil's Password" into the search box would quickly reveal that it has NOT been added to the game yet (Even reading the text in game which literally says "Why would I know that yet?" should be a major clue).
Looking for an answer via the search function should be the FIRST thing any rational user does before resorting to asking the community. Searching is not only faster and more effective but saves you from a heap of sarcasm and mockery from the community members who are sick of seeing the same question being spammed hundreds of times.

In the more than four years you've been a member you never once found a spare two seconds to click your preferences under your profile and change you search options to look like this?
Few things scream entitled like lazy twits getting pissed off at everyone else for their own inability to show even one iota of initiative.
One of the most irritating things about this game, is the Dev continuing to refer to Susan and Phil as step-parents when it's very clear that they aren't. Adam and Libby are adopted children, which means Susan and Phil are legally their Mother and Father. This has been pointed out many times, yet the Dev continues to falsely call them stepmother and stepfather, presumedly because of some baseless fear that Patreon will object if he calls them Mom and Dad. I don't know why, because as long as it's been clarified in the dialogue, that they are both adopted (which it has) then their shouldn't be a problem? Jo is Mike and Sally's stepmother, because she's married to their real father, and he's currently in prison. A step parent doesn't have any legal authority over children in their care, beyond being designated a proxy by/for the real parents or legal guardians. And this is very obviously not the position that Susan and Phil are in. Legally, they would be referred to as Adam and Libby's mother and father, and it beggars belief that Adam and Libby would not refer to them that way themselves.
The game is set in California, where having sex with adoptive children, is not regarded as incest. In some US states it is, but in most it isn't. If the Dev was really concerned about this, why would he insist they were adopted children? He literally could have changed the backstory, with minimal effort, to make Adam and Libby, the children of a former spouse of either Susan or Phil who subsequently died, and then only later on they both got together and married. Then both of them could have been actual step-parents. All he would need to do, was omit the part about Susan and Phil becoming an item at college. They could still have met up there initially, but only become actual partners at a later stage. Then it would all make sense. But currently it definitely doesn't.
Why, the Dev insists in referring to them in that way all the time , I just don't know. Because regardless of what the actual legal definition of their relationship with Susan and Phil was, Adam and Libby would still refer to them as Mother and Father. And as long as it states clearly in the dialogue, what the real relationship is, it's not necessary to keep reminding us, over and over again. Particularly, when it makes absolutely no sense anyway.

What was forced about it? She literally went down there wearing an extremely revealing outfit, intending to have fun with them. And you seem to be under the misconception, that Adam is in control, but he isn't. He's trying to manipulate Susan, but he's never in control. So if she tells him to watch, then that's what he has to do, or suddenly find that he has to make all his own meals, wash his own clothes, and actually get a job to pay for anything he wants to buy. Beyond manipulating his mother into doing what he wants, Adam has no power over her, and if he tried to do what you suggest, he'd be in the doghouse and we'd have another early ending, like happened when he tried to have sex with her, when she was asleep.
As for the father-in-law, are you actually playing the same game as me? He is very interested in Susan, and what's more she was very aware of that. But he's not some pervert, and it's his daughter-in-law, so he behaves respectfully, as you would expect a normal person to act in that situation. The really ridiculous thing, is that you seem to believe that a guy like him, would instananeously turn into a sex-crazed maniac and try to take advantage of her. That is the real height of nonsense.
And with Libby, well he clearly isn't unaffected by her casual nudity, because he keeps looking at her exposed breasts. But it's very obvious that he's not the kind of guy, who would try to take advantage of this, and it makes him pretty uncomfortable, even more so because she's his grand-daughter and it's a taboo situation for him. So there's absolutely zero chance of the scenario you envisage between them, at least until later in the game perhaps? If you haven't realised it yet, this is a slow burn game and characters don't change quickly.

I think she makes it fairly clear in the scene, that Adam is mainly not involved, because the doctor said he had to rest up. And is he really planning to blackmail her? I reckon that could lead to another early ending, or at the very least another opportunity for Susan to take even greater control over him. The way this game is developing, I don't see Susan ending up in a submissive position, unless she chooses it herself. Phil is clearly going to get dommed, which means it's very likely, that footage won't give Adam the leverage he believes it will.

Not sure what power Susan has over Adam except her biker gang to have her back. But if these spy cameras by Jin are being backed up out of state or offshore, not sure how they would take it down. With Susan going full-blown exhibitionist in the last update any attempt at blackmailing her with making public footage of her being naked and/or having sex is going to fall hilariously on its face. I mean, that would be literally trying to threaten her with good time.
It's always on, although i'm not 100% sure if some of the early content isn't gated behind Susan's exhibitionist stat and such.

In fact, if it were to change as you would like, the status of the characters, then it could also be at risk on Subscribes, even if they are more open-minded, and having only that, personally I would not risk being banned without warning as they did with Parteon.
