Considering that Phil can have a gay scene then yes. Based on itch.io posts some female players and bisexual male players loved it and want more gay scenes.

I meant in the sense that it's possible people may experiment with stuff and then decide it's not for them. Just because you try out a gay scene doesn't make you gay. It just means you have that potential, and ultimately perhaps you decide never to do it again. Phil does think about it, whatever choice the player makes. He doesn't automatically deny the possibility, which you almost certainly would, if you already knew that you definitely weren't gay or bisexual.
As a woman that scene doesn't bother me, but it's hardly a turn-on. I chose it, because I like the idea of Phil being a bit of a wimp, and possibly ending up under Susan's thumb. I just get the distinct impression that things are not going to work out so well for Phil ultimately. He seems to be one of those guys, who is always destined to be something of a doormat. Let's face it, he never would have been able to get Gloria into bed on his own. The only thing about that scene, is it didn't square with Susan's description of Phil's previous performances in the bedroom. She says on several occasions, that Phil was unable to last more than a few minutes, when she gave him a BJ, despite her being extremely inexperienced with BJ's. And yet he seemed to have no difficulty holding out with the very adventurous and sexually experienced Gloria, even lasting as long as Gaz, when he was fucking her ass. If you really want to portray Phil as some kind of stud. Don't have his previously unadventurous wife, seeing him as something of a disappointment in the bedroom. I like a lot of parts of this game, but some things (like both Susan and Phil being step parents to both Adam and Libby) just don't make any sense.

There are very clear signs that Susan will end up fucking a whole host of characters. The gangbang of Kelly, when Susan first visits the secret club, was a statement of intent, of what's likely to happen there to Susan eventually. The biker gang, Ryan, Adam and his friends, Jo, Libby and her friends, Felicity, and probably more besides in the future, suggest multiple full-on sexual scenarios are on the cards in the future. Susan just needs time to get her head around it.

You are making a presumption that Gaz lasted more than a few minutes when fucking Gloria or getting his gay blowjob, when the writing of neither of these scenes suggest that it lasted particularly long.
Alternatively, I think it's fairly obvious that Susan doesn't know half of things Phil has been doing behind her back (and that includes potentially fooling around with his daughter and her friend) It's been a while so i don't really remember details, but i've got a vague impression that when i did play the game before, it didn't make me think that Phil was actually lacking, but that there's something fishy happening that Susan failed to pick up on.
As for step-parents, i think that's just your standard landlady placeholder nonsense to dodge potential bans from the platforms? The incest patch is included in the OP and fixes that.

Phil never appears to be particularly confident when it comes to picking up women. The only reason he gets the hostesses nunber, is because Gaz egged him on. Then he makes a complete mess of trying to seduce a drunk Miss Fogg, and he only ends up having sex with Gloria, because Gaz seduces her first. I'm just not getting the impression that Phil is some kind of secret stud. Libby and Penny seem interested in him, but they seem to be the main instigators of whatever is going on with him. Generally, I think he lacks confidence around women, which is probably why his only 'successes' seem to have been a few teenage girls.
The reason I say that about Gaz, is that he clearly is much more experienced with sex than Phil is. He's very confident with women and he's clearly done a lot of really adventurous stuff already. People like that, in general are able to last longer before cumming. Because they don't get overexcited, and cum too quick. I think that at that moment, there could have been some kind of competition between the men not to lose face in front of Gloria. Especially on Phil's part.

This game has enormous potential, but it seems as if there's a fear of taking it any further. Eventually, people will get tired of paying, and the game will be canceled...
