You seem to forget something... ANY US based site (Like F95) pirate or not, is vulnerable to DMCA complaints. It only takes one by a copyright owner to get a site suspended by the host temporarily (until the copyrighted material is removed), and it doesn't take many at all to get it shut down for good.
Barking and acting tough doesn't change the fact that shitting where you eat and biting the hand that feeds you is NEVER a good idea.

This is a VN with DAZ models and content. I doubt if it's possible to copyright VN's created with licensed DAZ content that dev might have bought or just pirated themselves.

When you “buy” a Daz product, you are purchasing a license to use it, not ownership of the files themselves.
